He somehow just isn't there. I believe he's only on there if he died in ME2 Suicide Mission.

Zaeed's name will never show up. Don't know why. Also depending on how many names are on the wall, Kasumi's name may not show up.

Thanks Mike, I specifically set up this playthrough so Zaeed -- among others -- wouldn't be in the third game. Would've been kinda cool if he just showed up on schedule on the Citadel and said, "I told TIM he should have contacted me before you. Could have saved himself billions of goddamn credits."

Kasumi's does show up if she died in ME2 or she died in ME3. But I remembered that I have seen Zaeed's name on the wall before.

I'm currently doing an ME3 playthrough with her name on the wall and its not half full. On my kill all character runs, her name has never appeared on the wall since it's nearly full when I see it the first time in the game.

Sure you can. Get as many death as possible on the SM. Wait doing the SM until the crew is dead. Kill Wrex.

Yes. I have had the wall filled. Both columns hold 48 names with 2 in the middle(50) and I had 4 characters dead who's names were not on the wall giving me 54 dead.

You do realize that thread is linked on tvtropes, right?  At least, the last time I looked.  

 

About the pic, that was a quick google search.  They may have cheated in the name, but I'm not sure.  

 

I'm currently working on my screenshot LP for ME3 at the moment.  I'm damned glad I have a big second drive for all these pictures.  I'll be sorting through them and eliminating duds probably next week.
