I take it you killed Flemeth? Have you gone back to fight the High dragon from the sacred ashes quest? If you haven't and plan on doing so, here's a helpful hint that works for me. When fighting it, keep to its backside hacking and slashing at its hind legs. What you're avoiding is if the dragon grabs you by its mouth which leads to automatic death or at least death almost all the time

Yeah; I killed that first then went after Flemeth. Used Alistair and the Quarian geezer to tank at the front whilst I stabbed at the back, with Wynne on her usual support. Polsihed off that and then thought I'd give Flemeth a go. Sadly Alistair got the final hit so I didn't get the snazzy execution scene.

Did you go see Wade, after killing the high dragon, for him to make some special armor for you? Its called Dragon scale armor.

Yeah I got that too. I think I'll stick with the improved Drake Skin for it's DEX bonus and fire resistance.

 

Also, to stay remotely on topic, another one to guess (even though no-one has got the other one):

That has to be Surkesh, the scene where the Cerberus engineer puts down the turret. I can almost hear Garrus asking why he doesn't have the Scorpion pistol that Kirrahe uses (I'm assuming he's alive here). I really wish that Garrus could be equipped with pistols as well as the other two weapons, because I would totally give one to him.

 I did that mission earlier with Vega and edi. Vega says the same about the weapon.

I miss being able to equip squad members with more than two weapons. Vega and Ashley would be able to use everything.

That one is tough, and it's weird because there aren't that many instances in the game when Shepard is knocked over like that.

That's what's giving me trouble as well, can't think of too many scenes where Shepard is knocked onto the ground at that angle.

 

I'll guess Leviathan DLC, after you meet the fake Garneau in the med-bay area.
