I've just started looking around my N7 HQ profile, and one thing is about the list of characters: what does the bar scale under a character's icon mean?

P. S. Why is there no FAQ / general trivia question topic around? Can this be the one? I generally don't like creating new topics for every little question, so I encourage others to use this thread.

I'm not seeing it... or I'm not looking where you're looking...

It is the number of times you have unlocked the character. each time unlocks an appearance and the UC-UR characters can be unlocked 3-5 times depending on the appearance options

Its the number of times you have unlocked the kit / weapon cards via the packs from the store.  With character kits, each time you unlock it, you get a new color option.  With weapons, each time you unlock it, the weapon gets more powerful.

For characters, it ytells you how many customization options you've unlocked for that particular character. For Uncommon through Ultra Rare, once that bar is full, you will never get a card for that character again.

Oh, that's what it is! Thanks.

And another question: when I use the missile launcher, I often don't get any points. Sometimes I do get them, but more often I don't. Is it a known bug? Is it a bug at all?

Are you sure you kill enemies with it? Is it listed in killfeed? Also sometimes points show up with delay. I often see points pop up seconds and seconds after I killed something. Sometimes new wave begins and I am still receiving them.

I didn't notice the killfeed, but they certainly do die from my missile. Like 2 Atlases explode simultaneously once I hit them.

Then it´s probably just issue of the pop up showing late or getting lost in all the kills informations. :D  I am pretty sure you would see your score went up if you would check scoreboard.

Sometimes if one player hits the enemies getting missiled with their own weapon or powers at the exact same time as another player hits those enemies with their missile, the player(s) not using the missile get the kill credit.  This happens less often than the lag in killfeed and score that those above me mentioned, though.

Yep, it seems that there can be a long delay. I immediately see my missile kill in the killfeed, but no points, and then during the next wave I suddenly get a kill streak medal out of nowhere.

I think I did get credit for another player's missile kill 1 or 2 times, too.

Got a new question: does armor weakening from snap freeze affect everyone's damage dealt to the weak target, or just mine?

All debuffs work both for you and your team as far as I know.

Does rate of fire bonus (Turian Soldier, N7 Destroyer) affect burst-fire weapons?

Burst fire weapons all have something called Minimum Refire Time, which forces a period of time between shots.

As such, burst fire weapons can gain some benefit from ROF boost but much less than most other guns. It's kind of a waste on Marksman classes.

Note that the Raptor also has a Minimum Refire Time, which effectively limits its ROF to 400RPM. God knows why.

Saber is also supposed to have one, but it doesn't seem to.

Does Warp evolution 6A (increased damage to armor and barriers, armor weakening) in any way affect biotic explosions (combos) damage? I assume the armor weakening part does and the damage part does not, is that right?

Armor Weakening doesn't affect anything except weapons that aren't considered projectiles.

"hitscan weapons", as they're called, have Armor mitigation to deal with. if you weaken armor with Warp, the Armor mitigation increases allowing you to do more damage per shot toward armor.

The only thing that makes combos stronger would be specific evos in the power tree or increasing your rank of that power.

Tac scan, Annihilation field 5A, Cyro Blast/Snap Freeze 5B, etc. I think Warp 5B applies to BEs too, but I might be remembering that wrong.

And another question: I've just played a silver game, extracted, got the usual 34k something credits. But the credits were not added to my account, I still have 13k that I've had before this game. Is it a known problem?

5b say it applys to weapon and power damage. but power damage isn't the BE. only rank can increase a BE's damage.

...and difficulty setting if you want to include that as well.

Happens.  Next time, Alt-F4 out of the game completely as soon as you see that you didn't get the credits, then restart the game.  That has a decent chance of restoring you the credits.

Thanks. Tried restarting the game, didn't get the credits, but at least it hasn't occurred again so far.
