Still assuming TIM is dead - imagine a benevolent Jacob Marley if you will - but what do they talk about, given your ending? What is the tone of the conversation? Respect? Antagonism? Satisfaction? Worry? Is TIM happy with the Shepalyst if Control? Does he accept Destroy, given his goal was still to end the Reaper threat? Synthesis?
Shepard and TIM are in a bar post-ending

I'm pretty sure TIM would be raging at Shepard in my Control ending.
I intend the Reapers to return to Dark Space until they might be needed some time in the next 10,000 years as soon as the Relay network is repaired.
I guarantee TIM would HATE them not being used as a vanguard for human domination of the galaxy.

They'd be having cocktails and TIM being impressed that Shepard really did support Cerberus all along. Shepard would give him a quick punch in the lip over the stupidity of carelessly using his Reaper tech without any precautionary measures and befuddling much of what they worked towards. Shepard would tell TIM that he had the right idea all along, just that he was going about it wrong. The Reapers and their intended purpose had too much of a risk of backfiring, and not enough clarification to control. Human ascension can still be achieved by putting a monopoly on the Reaper tech left by them.
Otherwise, TIM would be grudgingly accepting that the descendants of Cerberus and humanity are in good hands with Shepard and Miranda, and knows that this time, they'll make sure humanity is at the forefront of the galaxy. Not standing as conquerors over the other races, but neither resorting to their system that allowed the Reapers to happen, through hell or high water, Shepard will ensure that the galaxy stands ready to move forward into the future, with humanity leading the charge. Either as a hero or a villain, a savior or a punisher, a saint or a madman. Infinite compassion in hand with brutal ruthlessness and cruelty.

TIM never wanted human dominance. He wanted a strong humanity that could stand ready against whatever the galaxy or universe could throw at it, and he was willing to do it with or without the help of aliens.

No, timmy wanted human dominance. At least the one in the games, which is what really matters.

TIM is a rational actor tying to maximize benefit. He would be ok with Destroy or Control, but probably not Synthesis, since it doesn't elevate humanity above others, or at least completely neutralize an enemy.

I'd ask if he wouldn't mind baby sitting little Alice T'Soni.
I'm sure he'd love too.
She wouldn't take her "father's" last name?

Too bad Shepard died and the AI entity ended up in charge which kept the friendly neighbourhood Reapers around to make sure that "the few" are safe at night.

Shepard: See, if you'd listened to me, you wouldn't have gotten yourself indoctrinated and forced to blow your own brains out
TIM: And if you had listened to me, you wouldn't have gotten yourself blown up and abandoned
Catalyst: And if you had listened to me, you could have turned everything green with your awesome organic energy....
::Shepard and TIM turn and glare at him::
Catalyst: ...nevermind...
::leaves::
Shepard: So, destroying the base was a completely futile gesture on my part huh?
TIM: Yup.

I'd like to think TIM would approve of anything besides Synthesis, He wouldn't tolerate it and I don't blame him.
Humanity is the apex species of the galaxy already genetically, there isn't a benefit to be found there.
Destroy while its often chided by TIM during his interaction with Shepard, I'd like to believe he would realize that given the mass power vacuum humanity could quite possibly be in the strongest position once the relay network goes up again, The Turians got smashed in the face during the fighting, The Asari weren't a military superpower to begin with and suffered extensive damage during the fighting.
The Salarians would be about the only serious contender for military dominance in a post destroy setting given their systems were relatively untouched by the Reapers, they were approaching the borders but no confirmed assault of Sur Kesh happened.
Control? Depends upon the context it was used in I suppose.
I wish TIM got a better deal though...Same for Cerberus, Two years and I still think it was BS turning a morally gray pragmatic Human centric interest group into a cookie cutter bad guy mook faction.

He pretty strongly implies that he wants it at the end of ME2 - he's looking forward to it if you keep the base and lamenting the lost potential for it if you blow it up.
I don't think it was just sloppy writing that had him shift from making a more humanitarian argument for keeping the base, focusing on saving lives, to adding in the talk about "dominance" *after* Shepard has already made the decision. That confirmed fo rme that I should never take what he says at completely face value.

"Your ideals have cost us more than you could imagine. The technology from that base could have secured human dominance in the galaxy. Against the Reapers and beyond."
