I see what you did there... I agree Resilience 6 is a waste of points, but Fitness? It's not like you have too much health even when it's maxed. Wouldn't it be worth it leaving grenades at rank 5 and taking Fitness 4 instead?
Oh I just after some time realized there are no shields on Vorcha. With other characters, being without shields is like a warning, with Vorcha you simply have to accept you won´t have them, so don´t get too alerted everytime you get shield gated and rather watch your health bars. You are really in danger, once you get to one bar and there is mass of enemies around you(because your health regeneration can´t keep up with that). Or if you are getting three shots of death from Scion or Ravager or Prime, then you are toast too, but that´s the same for every character, so no worries here
Dodge and dodge and dodge and use soft cover.
Basic strategy: flame enemies for short time to prime them and then throw grenades. Big enemies can be flamed to death, but try to do that from some nice covered position as standing in the open and just flaming leaves you very vulnerable.

Hmm... Not completely crazy if you put it that way... But I'd rather try making a weapon platform out of Vorcha Engineer who doesn't have Flamer.

You could do that, I think that's how I used to spec him. And my Vorcha Soldier I think I spec fully into the fitness tree, going durability at 4 and melee at 5 and 6. But rank 4 of fitness is only 20% health and shields which, on him, isn't a whole lot, as opposed to an extra piece of shrapnel on your cluster grenades, which is potentially a +50% damage increase, and makes your cluster grenades powerful as hell (e.g. if I land all 3 pieces of shrapnel that's 4200 damage, not counting any combo that gets detonated if the enemy is primed with Disruptor Ammo or Flamer). Maybe you want to go for the extra rank of fitness (or, heck, you could even spec fully into fitness and put 4 evo's in his passives and 'nades if you're feeling really squishy- but I wouldn't advise it) while you're getting the hang of him- but once you've mastered his awesome dodge and gotten used to his health levels/regeneration rate you'll likely want to go for the extra damage at the expense of a couple hundred health.
