Well if i recall she always have that line but to get it you can't take anders who replace her line with "none of you"

Didn't know that. I haven't played the game for a while.
This means though that something still happened in Ferelden related to magic, regardless of the boon. I'm curious to know more about it.

Perhaps she was talking about uldred rebelion that would have sense on other said we have DG comment but even DG not always remembers things they put into game so perhaps made a mistake or was just trolling.

He specifically said that there's something we don't know, so i doubt that he was referring to Uldred of forgot something. I dot see why he'd troll about it.

Well he not always renembers what he put for example he didn't renember that they put dialogues for the warden that allowed express disbelief on religious topics so he could forget about that.Because he like it or something?

to be honest i would expect to hear about that in da 2 if something big happened especially that kirkwall is very close to ferelden.

Having an entirely new circle tower built wouldn't happen that quickly.  Regardless of a King's promise, a project like that must be funded properly before it can begin.  With Ferelden recovering from the Blight, most of the budget would likely be focused on rebuilding the war-torn nation.  Now add to that a religious organization with some political power that would likely be against the project and voice their opposition quite often.  Maybe at the end of ten years, he might be getting close, but its hard to say.  With the new turn-of-events in the mage-templar conflict, it's unlikely to ever be completed now.

Probably not any more than any other of the boons, so, a dialog here or there, maybe a codex change.

Honestly it seems likely that the Magi Boon is reconciled into the Chantry said NO, which put the issue on the back burner while they focused on rebuilding the nation and circle, and then the Kirkwall Rebellion took precedence which lead to the matter being moot when the mages went for independence after Lambert tried to kill the Grand Enchanter and 80% of the First Enchanters and cover it up as an accident.

Probably a throw away line of dialogue along the lines of "The Hero of Ferelden asked for our freedom but the chantry declined...Ferelden was to weak to force the issue" but anything beyond that is highly doubtful, same with most boons...Though If I were to guess which would have the most effect I would have the say the Dwarf one.
I just hope they don't completely ignore my Teyrn of Gwaren boon, i'd be fine with a single line of dialogue...Heck even just A word or two in a codex
