I know they weren't to everyones taste, they stirred up a little fan contoversy and each figure had several redesigns but frankly I thought they were fab!! :)  In fact I bought both the FemShep varients B)

Anyway Im really curious to know if FemShep and Liara will be the only statues we will ever see? I read the below article a couple of years ago and it seemed there may have been other characters in the works?

"There are also two more confirmed Mass Effect Bishoujos, but the names have not been released"

Due to the fact this was about two years ago now, this was either scrapped or the author was mistaken when just the two were being made and thought there were two more?

To cut it short, are there any plans in the future to add to my collection?  Or has the partnership with Kotobukiya ended for good?

No  :(

An Koto spokesman said on another forum (statueforum) that they have no more plans ME ARTFX.

A few weeks later on their facebook page they said the same thing about Bishoujo.

No reasons was given. We know it sold well (Liara was a record for the line at the time), but i think part of the reasons was all the backlash from fans that didn't understood the line.

But also, both Koto and Bioware should have know better and released some replicas first and, only after that, a stylised version like the bishoujos.

I hope the same mistakes are not made with any future DA collectible.

Thanks for reply. Well that is a shame to hear  :(  I knew with all the back and forth it wasn't the easiest creation of figures they have done. Still as you said both sold well so I did hope to see more. I think lessons have been learned with regards to Biowares fanbase when it comes to things like this. Hopefully the relationship still ended amicably and they do a new line in the future.

The interest is still there. :)
