WWII again. Does anyone recognize the uniform? I wonder where it was taken. Amusing owl photos are not a new idea...

I'm no expert on uniforms, but it looks like it might be the German Army in the Second World war.
The hat sort of looks like similar to one worn by these two guys:

It is a finnish uniform in WW2. I confirm that.
