They look more like yellow labs than golden retrievers. It is amazing that they know how to swim pretty well the 1st time they go into water deep enough. Both of my yellow labs immediately knew what to do in deeper water. (One of them jumped into a deep part of water and went under at 1st which almost put me into a fit but he popped up and just started paddling away as if nothing happened.)

Stoopid hoomens, that poor dawggie OBVIOUSLY want to play catch. Can't you see how he was excavating the ground around the stick? He was trying to create the impression of more air and less earth around the stick, visualizing his wish to have it thrown so he could give chase.
But noooooo, egoistic stoopid hoomens only think of themselves "hey, this looks funny, let's make a video so we can watch it later again for our personal enjoyment", all whilst blatantly ignoring the dog's pleading to have some fun too.
Poor dog.

Diabetic neighbor collapsed in front of her home. She hadn't checked her blood sugar as often as she needed to. I stayed with her until the EMTs got there. She's doing okay, but this really scared her family (and her neighbors). What if she had collapsed in private? I don't even want to think about it. I don't know a lot about diabetes, but I guess I'll do some reading up.
No, I didn't sleep the rest of the night. Yes, it was Monday today...

As a Canadian I guess I can say......'Go Canada?'
"Canadians hooked on smartphones and portable devices now have shorter attention spans than goldfish, research has found. But a new survey suggests there may be an upside to always being connected.
The survey, from researchers at Microsoft, found that those are digitally active can also multi-task like never before. And while their attention spans are shorter, digital device users tend to focus more intensely when they are paying attention."
