Hey, everyone!

 

As you may have seen earlier today on our social channels, we're kicking off a new Dragon Age: Inquisition feature called "Follower Friday." It only happens once a month, and you never know who's going to be next. This month belongs to the Imperial enchanter Vivienne!

 

 

What is Follower Friday? Each month we will reveal one of the followers that you'll get to meet in the game. We'll start by showing you a screenshot of that character on "Follower Friday," then come back with a proper introduction the following week! You'll learn more about who they are, and of course, there will be more screenshots to enjoy as well!

 

Will every follower get featured as part of Follower Friday? No. We're going to leave some mystery for you to discover in the game. Dragon Age: Inquisition comes out this fall!

 

Why is it called Follower Friday when it only happens once a month? We normally do "Fan Fridays," so it's a way of sticking with the theme. Follower Friday will happen toward the end of each month.

 

Who's next for April? If I told you that, it wouldn't be much of a reveal, now would it?   How about instead of telling you who it is, I'll tell you who it's not? I've seen some posters guess that Cassandra and Varric will be next. They will not. In April, you will see someone new!

Wow, she looks great. You're saying that this is an ingame screenshot? This game is turning out more and more stunning by the second   

 

Indeed it is! We just took that screenshot yesterday, so it is hot off the presses!

I really appreciate the fact that the screenshot will be posted separately from the actual info about the character. That way, it should be easier to avoid any spoilers beyond their face and name.

 

(I personally want to know who the companions are so I don't miss them, but I'd rather not know much else. That's a bit of a lost cause in Vivienne's case, though )

 

You have my word that I am not going to post spoilers here. I will post screens from time-to-time, but I'll link to any information being shared about the game. Nobody hates spoilers more than I do.

I guess after next week's info, I'll have to stop coming here. I want to go into Inquisition fairly blind about things like companions we don't already know about.

 

I'll be sure to clearly label every post I make so that you won't accidentally see something you don't want to see. I'll be sad to not have you reading my posts, but I understand.

I think he was referring to the people here on BSN, that can crear spoiler thread or put spoiler without the tags in supposed safe threads.
If i can ask, by your post I had the impression that you release info/screenshots about Vivienne in different days next week. Am I wrong?

You are correct! We'll have a few new pieces of content related to Vivienne throughout the week.

i doubt it most of the world dont even do good friday, not to mention the internet doent stop if anything with lots of poeple having the day off is even more reason to release info.

 

The issue would more be along the lines of "is the person that would be reporting it even in the office that day" as opposed to whether or not the day itself is appropriate to release it.

 

(I say this knowing sweet nothing about anything in terms of the follower friday release schedule).
