Where do they post the announcement?

 

Last month, they posted it first at the @dragonage twitter. A few hours later, they made this thread. So, either watch the twitter account or keep an eye on the Twitter thread in the Scuttlebutt subforum.

So do we know what time tomorrow they are going to post the information, if it's not a holiday for them?  Was it in the morning last time or in the after noon?

i doubt it most of the world dont even do good friday, not to mention the internet doent stop if anything with lots of poeple having the day off is even more reason to release info.

 

The issue would more be along the lines of "is the person that would be reporting it even in the office that day" as opposed to whether or not the day itself is appropriate to release it.

 

(I say this knowing sweet nothing about anything in terms of the follower friday release schedule).

See, here's the weird thing - it is a holiday up here. So either they're working on the Stat Holiday, or it's not until next Friday. (I really hope not...)

 

Last time was mid-morning, iirc.

They posted Vivienne's announcement on twitter at around 11am Edmonton time. I'd check twitter around then.

What made you hate Cullen so much? 

and why someone can like Cullen for what he is, and after what he is done in Ferelden and Kirkwall?

 

Cullen deserve execution from DAO not to mention DA2 and i hope that Devs let us do this at least in DAInquisition

While we, they player, will know what he did (and did not) do, the real question is: would the Inquisitor know?  And for that matter: even care?

May I ask why he deserves execution from Origins? DA2 I can see, but Origins?

Dunno if this is to me so forgive me if it isn't.

 

Anyway Grey Warden guy has for the most part been entirely concept art (barring the GameInformer appearance) and even though at this point I'm like...."Unless they pull a Mhairi this guy is definitely a companion" I think he'll show up in one of these Follower Fridays when he's been seen in more media coverage (whether indirectly or purposefully) or he might be one of the companions they say nothing about.

 

Iron Bull has been fortunate enough to have more than his share of superficial showings both in game and out, but unlike say Solas his appearances have all been with the caveat of "OOH he might be a VILLAIN" which makes me think he'll be that character we need to fight to have join ala Zevran, Visas Marr (different company I know) or Death's Hand and I think at the very least they're trying to keep the mystery around him.

 

Solas has actually been announced though, albeit his story is very much still a mystery, he's had his armors shown off, he's been seen and names as a member of the party and was a focus of some of the articles. So unless they pull completely new as in the last rogue or mage than I feel comfortable saying Solas

 

At this point (knowing nothing of the characters and simply judging on aesthetics alone) I'm looking forward to these others a lot more than Solas himself, but where my excitement for them is a 10 he's a 9. I look forward to him just a little less than the others.

I could see that, but I think the cat is very much out of the bag on Iron Bull at this point; especially with them confirming he'll be a companion at PAX east, any "he may be a villain" plot in the game will already have a foregone conclusion. Iron Bull has appeared in the articles, screen shots, and the trailer. So they've had a comparable amount of coverage on them.

 

I also don't think it's a safe assumption that how much we know about any companion at this juncture will factor in to who's next on the FF roster. For all we know they pick the companions to appear out of a hat.

If I have to guess, he's referring to Cullen's epilogue slide, which he probably don't know i got retconned.

Question how do you have to play DAO to get the slider everyone is talking, I 've never gotten one where he goes nuts.

 

On topic I wouldn't if they announced Cullen as a companion just so we can know if the NPC romance is true or not, wasn't a fan of it in ME
