Oh lawd, he's gonna be the George R. R. Martin of Dragon Age.
I'm sorry Lord Gaider for using this gif, please do not punish me for this heresy.

Take it as you will.

As I said, that's cool and I can respect that, but their whole system is flawed.
Take it as you will.
Whaaaaaaaaa........

Well.... I'm done now. Nice seeing y'all, I'm going to bed now.
I'm hoping I don't get banned.

Catch everyone later? ::shakes hands::
He didnt say it's not follower Friday. Unless they come out and say its not. Don't give up yet.
Ah, yes. You are far more optimistic than I.
As I said, I'm happy with the info Bioware provided us this week. I just don't understand why when announcing the cover, the trailer, the new site, they didn't state that we won't get the FF this month.
I agree. It's not the not having a FF Friday that has me hacked off it's the fact that they couldn't be bothered to tell us there was no FF Friday.
Take it as you will.
Seriously. This is going in circles. How many times does it need to be repeated: It's not even 1pm in Edmonton yet. A smirking tweet by Gaider doesn't mean squat. Just hold off your pissing and moaning until tomorrow so you can do it justifiably.
The problem isn't that it isn't Follower Friday, it's that this wasn't communicated if that is the case.
Totally understand if the devs think we've had a lot of info this week, but the two things are unrelated.
EDITED - to be more modal, this is still speculation as I have been reminded by Boisterous Bob.

I say we don't come back to this thread anymore, or bother with the dragon age twitter feed. They can advertise other stuff to a dead audience. We will hear who the followers are if they choose to announce them (Google alerts etc). But I feel like this lack of communication from Bioware is just a big time waster for us.
I am still hopeful we'll see something before the end of the day.
I'm hoping that DG was just being a big coy tease. After all, he didn't expressly say no. With any luck he was just trying to crush our souls before the release.
EDITED - to be more modal, this is still speculation as I have been reminded by Boisterous Bob.
(To be clear: if we get to the end of the day with no reveal, I will be leading the torches-and-pitchforks charge myself. But until 1:00am my time....I'm forcing myself to be confident.)

Hey, everyone!
As you may have seen earlier today on our social channels, we're kicking off a new Dragon Age: Inquisition feature called "Follower Friday." It only happens once a month, and you never know who's going to be next. This month belongs to the Imperial enchanter Vivienne!
(snip)
What is Follower Friday? Each month we will reveal one of the followers that you'll get to meet in the game. We'll start by showing you a screenshot of that character on "Follower Friday," then come back with a proper introduction the following week! You'll learn more about who they are, and of course, there will be more screenshots to enjoy as well!
Will every follower get featured as part of Follower Friday? No. We're going to leave some mystery for you to discover in the game. Dragon Age: Inquisition comes out this fall!
Why is it called Follower Friday when it only happens once a month? We normally do "Fan Fridays," so it's a way of sticking with the theme. Follower Friday will happen toward the end of each month.
Who's next for April? If I told you that, it wouldn't be much of a reveal, now would it?
How about instead of telling you who it is, I'll tell you who it's not? I've seen some posters guess that Cassandra and Varric will be next. They will not. In April, you will see someone new!
Your journey into the Dragon Age begins now...

So.. i-it's not FF after all?
ohoho meesta gaida you treat me mean to keep me keen and i love it ![]()
