They said they weren't going to do Follower Fridays anymore. They decided to go with a mysterious other method of releasing follower information that hasn't been explained yet.

I think what happened, is that they decided that instead of revealing all of the companions, to take the "Wait 5 months and see for yourselves" approach. Basically they released the companions we pretty much already know about, and the rest is left to speculation until October... which stinks, but speculation isn't necessarily bad.

 

And Honestly they need SOMETHING to reveal at E3 and Pax Prime, which are both between now and then. So I'm okay with the axing of Follower Fridays in lieu of getting big chunks of information at E3 and etc.

No, they actually stopped FF because they wouldn't get to everyone by release. They're working on a new system that will release them all.

I don't get that... They could just do a couple of double follower Fridays (or do 2 a month closer to release) and also they would already have 2 followers revealed by now... instead of none

Yes please, just close this topic since I just spent a lot of time looking for the Follower Fridays just to find out there wont be any.
