Has anyone ever attempted to mod femShep's gait and so that it isn't manShep's in ME2 or 3? The beaver shots in that dress are pretty ridiculous, and the way she walks in those heels are .... nevermind. Let alone the way she walks and runs normally. I'm wondering about say substituting Liara's movement for Shepard's in the file.

There's been talk of this on the ME3Explorer forums though troubles arise due to the animation length I seem to remember. You could look into it there though.

We all saw her dancing in ME1 ('dad dance'), so why would she be any more elegant in heels?  

 

I'm pretty sure I recall someone working on this though, the sitting at least.

Someone needs to fix the way James runs. In some scenes he runs like a girl. lol

Is it possible to switch the gait animation from DA2 into Mass Effect 2? FemShepard walk is more like DAO's Warden walk.

No. The games are made in two different engines.
