I've heard the party in the demo is Sera, Iron Bull and Vivienne.

The class lineup makes sense, but we've seen Viv before..I kinda hoped a new mage would take the stage.

Really hoping Former Fiend is correct and he's voiced by Ron Perlman.

 

Hell, I'm not even hoping I'm correct.

 

I would absolutely love for him to be voiced by Perlman, but I figure if a name as big as that had been cast, we'd have heard about it by now, so I'm trying not to get my hopes up.

 

But damn, that would be awesome.

I agree; I'd rather see Solas or DHMG step up and get some spotlight, though I suppose they may want to keep one semi-familiar face while introducing two new characters, and Viv's received the most exposure so far.

I do too, I just want to meet the people we don't already know the awesomeness of.

I'm not even letting my dislike for Vivienne color my judgment here. I'd just like to see someone new.

 

And hell, maybe finally give DHMG a name.

 

Still, so long as we get Iron Bull, don't care.

 

Will be infinitely annoyed if Viv gets the better of him with her "wit", though.

Oh, I see. Last summer they shown a panel with class specific exploration abilities during a GI Video, so I guess they'll might show more.

Yeah, I'd rather see DHMG to be honest to finally get his proper name. But still, I love Vivienne and I'm sure any banter they show will be great.

Wouldn't mind seeing Iron Bull pull a Sten from the Sacred Ashes trailer and bull rush(pun intended) a group of enemies off a cliff.

 

That would be a cool warrior-specific ability.

If there's anything with him headbutting I'm going to download a mod where it makes a red cape wave in front of him whenever he does the move.

Like I said, I'm the first to admit that Bioware is fully capable of surprising me when it comes to companions; it's happened before. Thought I'd hate Varric when I first saw him(very, very early on) and he became one of my favorites. Thought I'd hate Fenris, and while I wouldn't call him a favorite, ended up liking him well enough. 

 

Bites both ways, though; thought I'd love Aveline, ended up being the only Dragon Age companion I absolutely actively disliked.

 

Really hoping that won't happen with Iron Bull, but given that Weekes is writing him, and I've liked every character Weekes has written, I'm liking my odds.
