Maybe his PTSD was caused by dwarves, somehow? I just don't think he'll be available to dwarves. If I was Bioware I know that would be my major concern with having him as a romance. The animations would be near impossible.

 

EDIT: That's not to say that I wouldn't like it. My first post in this thread was declaring how much I'd like to pair him with a lady dwarf, I believe, but I've thought about it from a creator's viewpoint and it is a nightmare.

Yay, someone else who thinks Bull's more attractive than Dorian; here I thought I was the only one! *fistbump*

 

I think Bull has a greater than 90% chance of being an LI. He may not be considered conventionally attractive as, say, Cullen, but that certainly doesn't make me want to romance him any less. It actually makes me want to romance him even more.

 

He's my top choice out of all of the revealed and possible LI's so far. Hell, I might even put off romancing Varric in my 2nd playthrough and roll a female Qunari for Bull (my first will be a male Qunari mage). If he's an LI, he deserves two back-to-back playthroughs of loving. He's just that awesome.

I don't think they'll have issues with those who want to romance Bull as a dwarf. I played a dwarf a few times in DAO, and there were no problems with the animations. When I wanted to smooch Leliana, she knelt down and got all smoochy on my M!DwarfCommoner. I didn't noticed anything horrible about the romance scene ether, so I think they'll be fine. Even if Bull is a larger character, I think BW has creative enough people to make it work.

I'm really hoping for this! It would be so awesome to have Bull as a bisexual non-gated option! We could romance him however we please!

Yes, and I hope you don't even need to be in a romance in order for some race-specific dialogue to occur. I think they could have some very interesting conversations.

my first rol will also be a male Qunari mage and Idk if I think the Iron Bull is more attractive than Dorian, but I find them both very attractive and I am having a very, very hard time deciding which one to romance. This may be the hardest decision I've ever made in a game.

This is why my first Inquisitor will be a Qunari mage. I'm hoping for exactly stuff like this to happen!

I don't think the Iron Bull race-gated to Qunari only, because they said he sleeps with anyone he won't break. How many people would be sleeping with if he only slept with Qunari? There aren't a lot of Qunari outside the Qun and the ones inside most likely won't accept the offer. So maybe he's just race-gated to where he won't bang elves and maybe humans.
