What survey spoiler about Blackwall?

 

Back when people started analyzing the leaked survey, it was put forth  that they might be the romances (there was also a totally incorrect "spoiler" about their orientations as well, but that was based on an unofficial cut and paste version of the survey).  5 out of the 6 people on that survey were the first 5 romances announced so some people were suspecting Blackwall as the 6th since he's the only other character on that survey. 

 

I'm not putting much stock in it at this point, though.

Bull fans...I'm not trying to be rude or mean to those that want other LIs.  However, would you be willing to toss the Varricmancers some good luck?  We sure could use it.

I have to stop by with a celebratory post!  I was afraid Bull would be one of those flings, so my jaw dropped when I hopped onto the forums and saw the news!

I really don't understand your criticism of Iron Bull's love of sharing his bed.

 

Every great warrior in history had quite an active sex life.  Hell, that's one of the biggest perks of being a total badass.

I was planning on pairing him with an elf (you know, because size difference) but that was because I was so sure dwarves wouldn't be able to have him. Now they can, and it shall be glorious. He shall get my second playthrough, right after Dorian.

I love how many people are going to go with a dwarfXIronBull romance.  Makes me happy because:  unconventional couples are awesome and the more people who play dwarves the better.

I'm just trying to figure out what the animations are going to look like. Will he pick my dwarf up for a kiss? Will he be sitting down (because I'm pretty sure she'd still have to go on her tippy-toes even then)? Will she be sitting on a raised throne (I can see him being into PDA and the Keep having a throne room)?

 

Those poor animators! The romance scenes have to be different, because I can't imagine that a qunari and a dwarf are going to have similar animations.

Popping in to say CONGRATS to the Bull Riders! I normally haunt the Solas thread, but if, as is looking increasingly likely, he isn't a romance, my lady elfquisitor is totally going to #ridethebull!

 

I spent two games and an expansion wishing I could have romanced Sten. Not passing up the Bull. If he has to pick up my elf to kiss her, it'll just be that much cuter.

Congrats to the IB thread. Glad to hear you have your romance! I normally haunt the Solas thread, but IB has slowly grown on me. Initially, I wasn't interested, but I suspect he had much more depth than you see on the surface. At least one of my inquisitors will Ride The Bull.
