Wait, the 50 shades of grey warden thing got me thinking. Anders was still technically a warden so wasn't the whole bombing of the Chantry thing technically their fault?
Maaaaaybe... then again he did desert, so I don't know if that means he's still responsible (or they're responsible for his actions)? Not quite sure how that really works. Don't know if many people even knew he was a warden, so they might be keeping hush-hush on that.
I will do romance just because I think its funny. I've done it with Male Shepard and Garrus (used save game editor) just for that reason alone. Most of the time, it usually has do with what my character is getting out of the romance since in real life I don't care about that. I have to find that character very interesting. I always like to see dynamics between characters, interactions, character development, etc. Even more so since I want to do some writing myself on the side.

it may have been a joke but I saw a short lived theory that Iron Bull may be a gay LI since those of the Qun look as women as weaker so someone suggested that he'd only sleep with men cause women couldn't handle him. No idea if it was serious or not though.

Yeah they had him originally race gated but work thier butts of to take that off of him. Two LIs will be gated though for Story reasons.
I stll doubt Varric though mostly cause of Bianca though might be hard to do a romance without it coming off as him tossing her to the side I suspect.

I have no idea as far as I know Bianca is a damned crossbow that Varric is -way- to attached too. I only play the games i don't read the books or comics but a lot of people have said its not confirmed that she's dead or alive.

I think Varrics attachment to the Crossbow Bianca is partially an act, and partially because its a remarkably awesome weapon that adds to his ledgends.

It's all about the angles of the camera and the positioning of the characters. I have faith they can pull it off.

Bioware has had bad luck with romances for women in the past. They tended to go with "average joe everyman" or "pretty boy."
That almost always ends with them wondering why everyone is lusting after the dinosaur aliens and the dwarves.
They have their "Safe" option. Perhaps now they are going to expand their views of what women find attractive?
