As a spy, I don't think he would have any emotional investment in Orlais. So, I could see him not giving us any trouble about who to back (if that situation comes up). And I'm not sure if he'd care about elven equality, so if Briala comes into the mix, he might not take issue. That is, of  course, unless he does.    We already know that he likes life outside of the qun; we just don't know how attached he has become and what , if any, roots he has put down and how that would affect him.

Too bad it doesn't work like that in the games. But I'm sure he'll definitely be on our side as we win over whomever we need to in order to get support for the inquisition.
