Hopefully he won't fail as badly as Frezia, One can hope.

Hahaha almost! Add one more person on the other horn and it's perfection, my friend!
Maybe the enemies are wearing too much red one day and it infuriates him ![]()
Some people are saying the same thing about the Beard Warden.
But...Beard Warden has a shield. He's holding a shield in his concept art! That's explicitly a warrior trait!
Though it'd actually be interesting if rogues got small shields to become sort of swashbucklers and no longer had to duel wield or be an archer.
I just want IB to ram someone like a bull. He could easily impale someone on one of those horns, right?![]()
Well, if Ogres can do it... ![]()

Fun fact: Bulls are actually incapable of seeing the color red.

Well...I don't think IB's necessarily an antagonist.
Fun fact: Bulls are actually incapable of seeing the color .
A fun fact I actually know! But hey, common misconceptions and cartoon logic and all ![]()
the whole red thing is more tradition than anything now at least in bull fighting

Indeed. It is actually the sudden movement of objects, or the muletta, that irritates the bull.

Oh fine! *throws hands in the air* I'll make my joke more accurate!

Happy now? Gosh. ![]()
I can imagine a scenario where the Inquisitor and his/her companions are in prison, and/or unarmed. When the prison guard enters the cell for whatever reason, IB just charges and rams into him, before turning around to the startled faces of the party, and shrugs like it was nothing.
Actually, with IB being a mercenary, I wouldn't be suprised if that's how we will meet him. An assisted prison break would be a cool way of introducing a rugged, badass character IMO, and a good way of him earning the Inquisitor's trust.
The prison break idea is interesting.
I'm still holding out on the idea that his mercenaries will be hired by antagonistic forces to stop the upstart Inquisition; once we reveal that he's being manipulated, he joins up with us to get some pay back.

I think his name is "The Iron Bull " and not just Iron Bull?
I'd rather have the whole TIB , because it just sounds even more cheesy. ![]()
I wonder what kind of character he's going to be , for now he looks over the top , stupid name , he's huge ,his horns are also huge and he's got scars all over.
I don't mind it (hey eye candy!) but I'm really looking forward to be surprised by his personality.
I hope he's not 100% pure barbarian .
Also wonder if he's chatty , most qunari only get talkative when they're pissed off at something.
And I think he's going to get along with Sera.
If his name is Iron Bull I kind of dig it.
It sounds like one the English translations of Native American names. Sitting Bull, Soaring Eagle, Crazy Horse, Black Hawk, Red Cloud, ect.
I imagine he's going to be charismatic. Kind of guy who can get men to follow him with more than just the threat of physical violence. Kind of person who, like Cassandra and Vivienne, where you could see how they'd be a leader in their own right if they weren't following the Inquisitor.
^^^^
I hope so.

On a completley unrelated thought, you and Eluvianix sure do seem to change your avatar images an awful lot ![]()
”The Iron Bull- The Iron Bull is a long way from home, and he prefers it that way. A slap in the face of typically humorless Qunari(Kossith), he loves drinking, killing and looting- but not necessarily in that order. The head of a vicious mercenary company, he’s known for excellent pay and brutal punishment. It’s been a decade-long party, but the Bull may find that old loyalties die hard.”
This is the description of his character from that leaked survey way back in the day. Since he's still in and has been confirmed as a merc leader, I wonder if the rest of this is still true. If so, he sounds pretty ruthless.
Also, it sounds like he and "Sera" (based on her description and that tavern concept art) might get along pretty well.
If this is true he will be my new bff! ![]()
