Yeah to get the eye patch and arm armor on the proper side I needed to flip the image, which means in game he's a mirror of Iron Bull instead having everything on the proper side.  Oh well.

As I don't have a scanner, this is the closest I can do to fan art.  The funniest part is, with all Iron Bulls oddities I can probably get him closer with Soul Calibur 5 than I can any of the human or elven characters.

 

I wish I had a scanner, I'm actually a decent artist with hand drawn art as well, but as I can't share it with anyone I don't bother with it.

You should still draw to remain in practice and hone your skills.  You never know, some day you may be able to show it off!

 

But since is the Iron Bull thread, I'll go ahead and mention that I plan to spec him into sword and shield since my Inquisitor and Cassandra will both be using 2 handers.  I can't have 3 two handed warriors on the Inquisition.  That is simply too much mayhem for Thedas to handle in the middle of a demon invasion.  xD  It's good that we will have the option to pick which style we want each companion to have... otherwise he might be on the bench more often than I'd like, at least on my first run.

Have you tried looking in any thrift shops? I see scanners there sometimes. Or you can get a graphics tablet for around $50-$75 new and it will come with a free drawing program.

Not me. I can see myself making Cass and/or Blackwall sword and shield, but I can only see Bull as a two-hander.

Yes I think you can find scanners for pretty cheap some places, I know many printers have them attached nowadays. And drawing tablets seem difficult at first but you can get used to them pretty quickly.  

 

As for switching to sword and board, I had never really thought about it. I might try to switch up some characters eventually but will probably keep them as they are the first playthrough (I'll be a mage so I won't really need to)... after that, everything is fair game. xP
