I'm so torn between an elf or qunari inq for my first romance with IB. I was all set on elf but after seeing the gorgeous character creator and what nice qunari you can make with it, I don't know anymore! IB will act different towards a qun inq so...I think it will be a qunari. something to be said for being tall and badass!

And DG said on his tumblr that the writers have their own ideas about Seamus and Ashaad - the rest is up to us. I got the impression that it was at least one-sided, but yeah. Fairly ambiguous.
Side note, am I the only one who thinks my sig quote applies to IB's romance..? No?

Do you have a link? I'm in the same spot because I am very partial to making a pretty main character. The stock male Qunari images I saw were very unpretty  .

To be honest even if Ashaad and Saemus were in relationship it was asexual. They both seemed to be actually following the Qun and the Qun says no sex time, just hold hands and be grateful

I'm not into him either but I also don't find Iron Bull good-looking... so I don't think I like the new qunari look. I like the old look... I'm still half in love with Maraas But it'll be Bull for my inquisitors by process of elimination

Oh yeah. Definitely going with Iron bull OR Blackwall LI for my first playthrough. Depends on who my Inquisitor gets along with better ;-) Though i have to say i'm leaning towards the bull ;-) i'm REALLY hoping he doesnt turn out to be a male qunari version of isabela (barf) i like to imagine him as being quietly sexy with a complex and mysterious personality with bits of humor and sweetness and maturity and FIRE. I want him to really care about things and not make stupid sex jokes every 2 seconds and initiate sex with EVERYONE in my party. That would ruin him for me. Please dont make another isabela!!!!! And if isabela appears in DAI please allow my inquisitor to flay her alive. With her mind. Heheh XD

I loved Isabela, but after Zevran (whom I also adored), I don't need a third of the same type! And when my options are limited (it's Bull or Dorian for my quizzy), it would be frustrating if one of the two options is that same old bi stereotype. But fingers crossed he will be devoted once he's in love, and he'll be a considerate lover and not just a wild sex machine  Hmm I didn't get my "white knight" romance so I think I'm trying to twist poor Bull into one

See?  Now this is what I'm talking about.  He's getting much closer to the type of handsome male qunari Inquisitor that I want for my first playthrough.  Of course, he'll have eyes for Dorian, but it's not to say that old Bull might not be able to charm the greaves off of him.

 

Also, since so many people are obsessed with what the qunari are packing (see the "incompatibility" thread), I think that Iron Bull needs to just drop trou and show us what he's working with.  He seems like the type of guy to oblige on a dare (after a few beers).

Not going to pretend it hasn't crossed my mind lol. Because if I was a lady dwarf, and a Qunari was an IRL prospect, you can bet I would be at least a tiny bit concerned about how stuff would (or wouldn't) work together.

Ohhhh i totally understand lol!!! Bull is just begging to be that "tough as nails on the outside/ big sweetie on the inside" LI!!! I think thats why so many ppl... guys and girls... are lining up for him ♡ its so enticing to finally get a chance to see a qunari in love. Especially one as badass as bull! Im still totally hoping for an orlesian ball quest or something lol. The banter would be priceless!!!!!!
