I wasn't planning on having my first Inquisitor romance Iron Bull...but all these tweets have gotten me so curious I just might have to.

I just thought of something. I'm not sure if it's been mentioned in the last 279 pages. BUT. Iron Bull fears two things, the past ( 
It'll be ok Bull) and demons. Sooo... I'm curious. Would he have a, Fenris, distrust for mages? The Fade is torn open, true, but demons could still possess a mage.
So, I wonder if you're a mage, and like Fenris, romance will be F-ing hard. So I read, I've never romanced Fenris... yet. Always Merrill. Tho, this time Fenris, or Isabella (Like the idea of going pirate). But yeah, I'm curious if he'll be a little suspicious of mages... or totally opposite "OOO, some mage arse."

Doubt it. Bull has PTSD, which another user has pointed out to often include a need for control. Demons take away control from people via possession. So, in that regard, I think that's why he hates them. I don't think it'll be hard at all to romance Bull as a mage.
Perhaps a Tevinter mage once took control over Iron Bull's body using demon-magic... that would give anyone PTSD.

Hmm. Interesting speculation. We don't really have much about Bull's relationship with the mage companions, aside from "interesting" when it comes to Dorian. But romancing Fenris with a mage was not hard at all - friendship with him could get tricky without metagaming, but rivalmance was easy as cake.
Romancing Fenris, even friendmancing Fenris, isn't hard. Be sweet to him when you're chatting one on one and give him his two gifts. Let him kill people he doesn't like 
It might take till Act 3 if you're not metagaming, but it's not hard.

I don't think it'll be hard. I mean, look at how Bull treats Cole, a literal spirit/demon who walks the earth in a flesh and blood body. Bull has no issues with him at all, and thinks he just needs to get laid.
Ah yes, how forgetful of me. We were indeed told that once you're in the team, Bull considers you a teammate no matter what, even accepting Cole. So it seems he would not have a problem with mage Inquisitors or companions, though he might still have an issue with mages in general.
Just a feeling, but I don't think IB will have any problem with mages.
As far as I know there is no romance in DA that is effected by your class.
Doesn't mean characters won't notice and react to your class, like Fenris did.
Agreed. They've also said companions react to your specialization. Sera has "concerns" about one of the warrior specs, for example. I'm not sure how serious or substantial these reactions are, but it's clear they'll come up.

Um... I never read that in his bio, nor seen the vid that they're chummy. But thanks for something to ponder.

It's been said that he treats Cole just like anyone else on the team, so I get the impression he'll be looking at the big picture instead of focusing on disagreeing with every little thing. Which is great.

Then again.... fear and respect sometimes run hand in hand... or are mistaken for one another. Cole is creepy as hell IMO... i wouldnt get on his bad side lol
