New faction formed: the Inquisition
Few soldiers. Main agents are a Dwarf archer, a bald Elf mage and an angry human female. Led by a *insert race and class here* with a glowing hand.
May or may not be doing the glow hand. Dwarf may be doing the angry female.

But all my awful, musical-related joking aside, it's probably a name he picked up doing mercenary work because of the shape of his horns and his reputation for being one tough customer. Thus, The Iron Bull persona was born.
I think it'd be hilarious if as the Inquisitor you could join in on the reports he sends.

Yeah, I definitely think that's a part of it too. The horns probably create almost like an optical illusion that makes his head look even smaller in comparison. I think it's because his head is normal qunari size but everything else is extra-large even by qunari standards. You know, his horns and body... wasn't trying to sound perverted... too late now... *leaves*

His head is definitely too small for his body. It's not an illusion due to his horns.
I know nothing about this stuff, but I'm thinking there's a reason (maybe facial animation reasons IDK ) that they needed to keep his head similar in size to everyone else, but they wanted to make him huge at the same time, so this is the result. A huge body, but a head that is roughly the same size as all the other companions.
IRL, there is not much difference in head size between a guy who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and a guy who is 7 feet tall, due to the dimensions of the human brain needing to be the same regardless of a person's height, but with Bull it is very extreme. His shoulders and chest are extremely wide for his small head (which amusingly is about the same size as Sera's head).

yeah, it's noticeable, but not really enough to bother me. I still find him really attractive in an unconventional way.
