if you're frustrated with bull having no cut scenes till you kill a dragon, just start banging your head against the wall for varric.... he doesnt even start his personal quest till after here lies the abyss.
btw, dragon in crestwood was a lot easier than frostback in hinterlands.... he had no help with him like the frostback does, and its a ground fight the whole time, he doesnt fly away and make you chase him like the frostback does. plus lightning is easier to handle than fire.

I agree with some peeps. I liked The Iron Bull better when he was just *ss-whooping and not f*cking/ humping everything he thinks that "needs" it.
I really like how he cares for his boys (the Chargers), though.
Now that I finally remade my character about 10 times (from male human to male qunari to female human to female qunari rinse repeat) I settled on a Qunari Female Rogue, and I like her interactions with IB, even if its scarce in Act 1!

Sorry if this has already been asked/answered. With regards to the love scenes, is there a reason why he has 'tattoos' in them and not any other time?
Not sure... I remember some of his pre-launch artwork having tattoos as well. And some armors I've given him have shown the tattoos, while others haven't. I suppose they just decide to show his tattoos when he's showing enough skin or wearing certain outfits. xD

So, I have a question- can you romance Bull BEFORE his personal quest? I have that quest now but I feel like if I had enough approval for his personal quest, why couldn't I have enough to start his romance? And I don't to kill the dragon before his romance because I want that scene where you celebrate killing it with him.
I don't think you can start anyone's romance before doing their personal quest.

You still get the dragon scene even without a romance initiated, but apparently it is slightly different if you're already in a romance, like a line or two. Sadly I missed that lol.

My quest to get this guy's approval up continues to fail. I am using this page as a guide: http://dragonage3.wi...n Bull Approval And it says that one way to get approval is to blah blah blah (don't wanna spoiler) the Wardens at Adamant Fortress.
Well I know Adamant is in the Western Approach. I've trekked all over the damn desert and... CANNOT. FIND. IT. How do I find this fortress and trigger this quest so I can raise Bull's approval from "I barely respect you, little elf scum" to "Hmm maybe we should kissy-kissy" 
Yeah, I want those lines lol. I hear they're hilarious and kinda sexy. I'm a perfectionist like that.

Hey guys, I'm doing my second play through and decided to romance Iron Bull...except I've been flirting with everyone and may have missed one of his flirts by accident. How do you get his first romance scene? So far the only people showing any interest back are Sera and Cullen X)

With great patience. I took him out to the desert area, not sure what the name is. He gives slight approval every time you kill Venatori, so you really have to ramp it up. Other than that, save before you talk to him because you want to be sure to hit the options that give the max approval. You can't romance him until after his personal quest though.
