I certainly hope so. I plan to add a bit myself. It will certainly be literature... but smut can be literature, too. Probably. Most likely. Possibly. Maybe.

Not all of us can have vivid imaginations of the sexy nature at all times! Just because you have the gift doesn't mean we all do! I'm trying! 

 

Plus it's hard to write something when you have the image perfectly playing out in your head, but the words don't seem to do it justice. *LeSigh of frustration*

I've got Cassandra reading your post out in my head and the her speech pattern goes so well with the first line. Slow and exasperated, and of course adorable as all hecke!

 

I've entertained the thought of writing fanfic, but being able to 'play it in my head' really kills the motivation. Regardless, it would be hard not to have a shoulder massage in there somewhere.

So I'm trying to romance Bull and I thought I did everything, but I still haven't gotten the achievement (the beauty of upgrading to an XBONE after doing a complete 360 run is that I'm getting double achievements since the system sees the two versions as different games) and his card hasn't changed.

 

I did his personal quest and

chose to save the Chargers

I had the conservation afterwards on the ramparts with him.

I had the initial "Are  you sure you want this?" conversation in my quarters.

I continued the romance dialogue until I got the necklace scene and chose the "We're serious about this" option.

He called me Kadan in the scene after I gave him the necklace.

 

Is there more to it?  Did I miss something?

You can ask him to dance at the Winter Palace.

 

After the winter palace, you'll get one more romance scene, where you discuss 'watchwords'. This is where you will get the romance achievement.

 

There's a few brief notions of the romance as well. Bull is quite proud if you

drink from the fountain (and bring him to the Temple of Mythal).

he's also proud of surviving the final fight and then will accompany to your quarters to tell you how proud he is.

Well, those are the two main quests that are waiting for me.  I tend to like to do as much of an area as possible when I first enter it, so since I have Vivienne's, Cassandra's, and Blackwall's personal quests AND my specialization quest all happening in the Western Approach, I figured I'd bang out that whole area before moving on.  I'll wrap this up and then move onto those two main quest stories.  I'll report back when the achievement hits.

Did anyone listen to the chantry sisters in haven. I was running around and this girl was telling her friend how she sneaked into bulls chambers and thanked him again and again, then he thanked her back. it was pretty hilarious

Hello guys. I've been reading your thread for months now and was planning to stay a reader, but something keeps troubling me and I need your advice.

 

1) What are the requirements for 'other people's safe words scene'? I've got a lot of approval with Bull, did everything to please him and start romance before killing a dragon. I succeded. Now I have a romance, saw that hillarious moment with advisors and Cass, Bull started calling me Kadan. But still didn't get that one scene and his taro card is the same (not the romance one). I know some people had it right after the Winter Palace and I'm a little confused.

 

If it's important, I completed both Winter Palace and Adamant. 

 

2) What is his after-fade dialog like if Inquisitor left him in Skyhold? I always take Bull with me and now i'm wondering.

I was actually able to get the romanced card cutscene before the Winter Palace, even. It might have to do with approval, though. I just talked to him and chose the "let's spend some time together" option, and it gave me the watchword cutscene.

I think they are the two that stand right outside the chantry in haven.

First you need to trigger a comment about how striking the leader of the Chargers is. Then you'll get the INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL night atmospheric talk. Try leaving haven and coming back, that's how I triggered those tidbits without any prior knowledge of them

I think getting the romance is about both approval and story progression. Basically once you have the necklace scene, you have to do another story mission to progress the content. I don't think it matters what it is, because I just got it after adamant and I still have the winter palace waiting on my table.

PS: I told Bull I loved him, and his response had me exploding into a cloud of rainbow confetti, and melting into a puddle of glitter.
Then my real bf laughed at me.

I do love how the romance progresses from friends w/benefits helping eachother to lovey dovey, it's great. I prefer the romances that don't start off so gushy but slowly work their way to that point.

Eyezonly you aren't the only one that went crazy when he said I love you too. My roommate had to restrain me at one point. I probably didn't help that after I screamed into a pillow I ran to tell him & refused to shut up lol.

The Iron Bull more snuggly than the name lets on. Looks great and very comfy actually, really loving his horn is being used as a rack for Cole's hat such a cute touch. 

 

Just a touch envious of those four right now
