As a side note, bring Dorian and/or Solas on Demands of the Qun. They have the most delightful comments on the Qun. Also, if you talk to Gatt, you can tell him what you think of the Qun. I told him I hated it lol.

I'm quite curious about this as well since the safe word thing is brought up quite a few times & it would be wierd if it was never mentioned.

I guess it could be avoidable if you want to miss out on a lot of dialogue... you'd have to (maybe choose certain options in the first post-sex cutscene), choose to not ask him certain questions you have access to in normal dialogue when romanced... but then, you'd have to actively avoid the final romance cutscene before the end, which I suppose is possible since you initiate it through a flirt. But that just seems like so much content missed.

 

I know my human mage chose the sweet options before sleeping with Bull the first time, but we definitely still discussed the watchword after.

Yes, they discussed the watchword after they spent the night together. I'm wondering if it will affect the conversation regarding everyone else's safeword or if it'll be something else.

 

Also, I have a question. I'm about to hop into the Fade, but I want to know what happens if I leave a romanced Bull behind. I know Sera and Dorian have things to say to the Quizzie (I think) if they get sucked into the Fade, and I wanted to know if there's a similar conversation with Bull when you get back or not. Because I would totally bring him with me. He's hysterical in the Fade.

I want to bring companions to the Fade, but I want to bring good ones. Last time I had Iron Bull, Cole, and Varric. All great choices. This time I'm thinking of bringing Solas, Sera, and Cassandra. But I don't want to bring anyone who won't have good reactions.

I heard Blackwall is boring in the Fade, so I'm not bringing him... I want at least one warrior though. So, Cassandra or Bull?

Solas has great reactions, Sera does too... she's hilarious there. xD I brought Bull & Sera last time, and they bonded over how much they hated being there, ahaha. Solas was the only one who seemed to actually be enjoying it while they cried the whole time.

 

If you've already brought Bull before, I say Cass. That way you can experience something new and also find out the answer to your question.

EDIT: On a side note, when things go slow-motion with spells being cast- it looks AWESOME.

I gotta say, all those other NSFW pictures made me kind of hope the artists were exaggerating Bull's, ah, size for my Quizzie's sake. Because I'm pretty sure that would be impossible to actually adjust to something of that... girth, no matter how much preparation there was. Maybe there'd be a little more leeway for a Qunari though.

It may be because of the qun. As for the approval...crap. I should have recruited him sooner T.T I am taking him along everywhere,but if all else fails I will go flirt with Cullen, a qunari making the moves on him will send him over the cliff lol. Then I will try again with a dwarf for the lol factor. *nodds*

I headcanon that maybe Bull was just too... finicky to jump into bed with the Inquisitor. He ignores and doesn't respond to ANY flirts that they throw his way until he's pretty much like 'ok, i can't stand it anymore, if they want this, they need to KNOW what they're getting'.

 

Maybe he has rules about not sleeping with the guy who you're working for. Maybe it's a Qun thing (and romance thing). Having sex with a random barmaid or sister is one thing, but the Boss? Especially since you can't trigger his romance without a higher approval. I think he was already falling in love when he approached the Inquisitor.
