Bull didn't end up being my favorite character and I can get personal concerns, but some people have lost all perspective (esp on tumblr, geez) and I know it's not fun to read that kind of stuff about your fave. (I'm a Sera-Blackwall girl, so I know from experience right now )

I'm not large and comfy like big Bear Bull, but hugs for y'all in the thread.

I wish I could be more like Bull in this situation and just laugh and not give a crap. But dang, this was all so sudden! I mean I knew and understood why people had some personal issues with him just like many people do with certain characters, but I never thought people would wake up one day and decide it was the day to start hatin' on this all over the intranets.

I'm officially totally over the Bull haters. I have a dominant take charge kind of guy in my life, I know how amazing they can be. I see all the same good qualities in Bull, and so I love him to bits for it. The people who are blindly throwing the word abuse around and being so vocal on how Bull is a abusive character, are the kind of people who inflict their own bad personal experiences onto his character. It's easy to be afraid of a powerful authoratative male, and yes, a lot of them in the real world are scumbags.

 

Bull isn't. This isn't the real world. Everything in the game, from Cole's revealing banter, to how he deals with his Chargers, to what he tells you about his motives, to how he deals with the other followers and the Inquisitor, all of it shows that he's a good guy. People want to ignore 99.2% of the game, so that they can pick on those 0.8% and then start throwing around stupid accusations and then stand behind a wall of real life victims and throwing victim blaming around to anyone who would disagree with them.

 

As long as Bioware does not give into this type of BS, I will be happy. C: The second it's not allowed to make alpha males in video games because people get offended over that, is the second I throw up my hands and give up on humanity.

Dwarf so far, even though I'm not done with my current playthrough. I just love the size difference between them.
