But yeah I'm over the victim blaming thing too. People seem desperate to victimize/villianize a character that it's absurd.

I've made another elf character! (It's exactly like my current elf character that I speant 60 hours on, but now I know how to slider-fu so he looks sexier and is more in line with what I would want my Lavellan to look like, SO ITS TOTALLY WORTH PLAYING THE GAME AGAIN FOR.) Sorry Dorian, I'm going for Bull again and you can't stop me this time! *flex*

 

I have yet to see this bug, after like 3 elves. I must be a lucky one or something, kehehe.

I enjoyed romancing him with my dwarf immensely.  They really did a good job making their intimate scenes work despite the size difference.

I didn't even get past Haven before I saw it his arms just caved in. That was sooo visually offputting.

I think it has to do with adding certain armor upgrades. The mail arms and such. It changes the look of male human Inquisitor's arms too, but since his arms are muscular, it doesn't look bad.  Male elf is so thin, that his arms look broken or noodle-y.

Maybe it's a thing on some armor models? :s I've always been a mage so I've never worn medium/heavy armor with them?

Yeah it blows but I usually have high approval with him after HCTA so I think that's a fitting place for the romance to start

Definitely human. I loved having Bull ravage my male Human mage with blue eyes an blond hair. Made a really nice contrast with Bull's darker skin.

How did flirting with Dorion mess up your Iron Bull romance? D: I was flirting with them both every chance I got up until Bull appeared in my bedroom asking if I wanted to ride the bull.

 

After that, Dorian didn't stand much of a chance. D: He asked about if I was serious with Iron Bull, and I asked him why it mattered. He said that he wouldn't risk starting **** this far out of Tevinter but he didn't take any sort of negitive approval hits at all or anything. Next time I talked to him, he still got into an argument about whether or not he was corrupting me, and admitted that there were rumors flying around that we were together. I asked him if people knew about Iron Bull, and he was like like YEAH INORITE? I prefer you as a friend, anyways!

 

Until Bull's romance card changed, the dialogue to break it off with him was still always there. Once his card changed to the romance card though, I could no longer break it off with him, and Dorian stopped being available to it. Once Bull admits he loves you, there's no getting out from under him.

 

So I got the most I could out of both of them before I hung up my flirty hat and settled down as a constant Bullrider. I don't know how flirting once could mess you up. D:

No clue I flirted with him at least twice once during the Qun quest and once at Haven. Was that not enough or something? I only hit on Dorian once though. But no I don't get a bedroom scene or anything with him I doubt it's approval because in all my other bullmance games right after I initiate the Qun quest I can romance him.

 

But no I got the "you have no influence on me (cause I'm playing #AssQuisitor." and then he acted like I dumped him (I was very confused at this point) then I got the initiate romance with Dorian dialogue and I pressed it (out of wtfery) and it "initiated" the romance but the start a romance with dorian thing is still there.

 

I think Dorian's just buggy. Or I just have incredibly bad luck.

Like, he tells a qunari that they have to watch their step so they don't break the furniture or the elves (lol), and I think he tells a dwarf that the fact that they don't dream could be considered weird, etc.

I think he says something about elf eyes, but I didn't know if somebody knew the exact dialogue...

At some point I remember him saying something along the lines of "creepy big eyes". But that was in DAII, all the elf eyes have shrunk back to normal now! Pffft lol.

 

I don't remember if it was in that scene or not. I just remember him at some point he mentioned something about dem DAII elf eyes.

My Trevelyan was a mage, so that took priority and he said I was weird because I could "shoot fire out of my ass." XD I chuckled. 

 

I like Bull with any race, but human will probably always be my favorite because that's what I romanced him with first.

I have all these issues that are keeping me from romancing Bull...I mean, just personal ones, where I can't do it with a woman because for personal reasons, a huge dude domming a tiny woman is not something I'm into (let me reiterate again this is my issue and I'm not saying its bad at ALL) and I can't make a male character NOT romance Dorian because I melt into piles around him it's a problem...but I was posting my IB/Fenris blatherings on tumblr and a friend said they're gonna try to make Fenris Quizzie in the CC and if they can I am so stealing their sliders and finally riding dat bull.

I initially romanced Bull in my first playthrough because Dorian was bugged to hell and back, and I simply didn't want to go solo on my 1st. In all honesty my Gale and Bull romance has meant more to me personally and is far superior to the Dorian romance that I am doing for my second playthrough. My Gale and Bull romance is gonna be my canon, without a doubt. .
