Playing a dwarf pretty much slowly drives me bananas.

Yeah it's that bad. I barely got through the dwarf origin and that was only because everyone but Duncan was short so my PC wasn't craning her neck every five seconds.

 

As soon as I hit Ostagar my brain started cracking and I noped back to elf.

XD When I was little I used to try to stretch my body out by trapping my legs under a chair and then stretching until the muscles burned. That wasn't good.

 

But anyway I can play elves since their neck craning is usually minor (most of the time) but dwarves just give me this mental block.

Sleeveless & unbuttoned, that would be hot!

The Skyhold outfit looks so bad, but it's especially horrible on the male Qunari (clips through the chin and face and is just awkward) and male elves (dem baby shoulders). I imagine Josephine picked it out and made him wear it lol. Having it sleeveless and unbuttoned would go a long way in making it look good on the Qunari inquisitor

 Well, it certainly wasn't the inquisitor dressing themselves at least. (same for the ball) Just going by the dialogue you have with Vivienne where you can tell her that you just let Josephine choose all the decorations. Whoever the culprit behind the skyhold and ball outfits was, they shouldn't quit their day job...unless their day job is selecting outfits in which case, yes they should think about finding a new line of work lol.

You had that outfit ever since Haven, actually. You are seen wearing it when you wake up after stabilizing the Breach and when going to the Haven War Table.

Thanks to mods, at least you can change your pajamas from beige to black. >.>

 

I finally went ahead and started using the mod manager to do so, since it seems a safe and easy way to mod the game now. Everything is working good, it's quite nice!

The modding community is great. Even if Bioware doesn't release tools, they still make their own!

 

The only thing is you need to make sure the mods you are using are compatible with the tool, and since this is new some of them are not. However, I'm sure it's only a matter of time until all of the current mods are updated for it, annnnd more will come out in the future of course!

It's a bit messy (stray bits of magic effects; the red lyrium on the demon's arm looks weird; the dune in the bottom left is a bit awkward; etc.) but the placement of the desire demon was just perfect so I couldn't do much to get a cleaner shot. I'm always trying to do better though. There are some amazing screenarchers out there who really nail composition -- when I grow up I want to be like them
