I always thought the theories that Iron Bull was a rogue were seriously weird. He was only ever shown with the one giant sword. It made no sense.

Whatever do you mean? Two-handed swords are the sneakiest of weapons for the rogue of discerning taste! Imagine, if you will, quietly and subtly cleaving a man in half before he can alert his fellows of your presence. Simply genius!

I was already sure that IB was a warrior. No way Bioware would've given is three human warriors.
As you're not a Cullen fan.
I'm off the Cullen train since they now have the romance that they so desired.

Well we were gaining on Cassandra for a bit but that thread's pulling away from us again.
Iron Bull needs his own crappy anime so we can discuss how horribly over the top it was, and marvel at the anti-logic it is built on.
How about a good anime telling the story of how he left the Qun

Or "Bullminators". You know, like the Terminator, just with the Iron Bull instead.

A pity we don't know what his mercenary group is called, cause we could use that as inspiration for a name.

I think Solas will probably be next, because we have the most information on him so far. He's the most "confirmed" of the party members that haven't gotten an official roll out. He'd also fit in well with the focus on the Dales this month.
Making a totally random guess, I think the Follower Fridays might go Solas > Iron Bull > Sera > Grey Warden > Dorian > SURPRISE! (I think it's Cole, but not much evidence.)
I'm also assuming that they don't think we'll need a Follower Friday for Varric or Cassandra, though.
...Do we have the most information on him? He's an elf, he's a mage, he's an "expert in the fade", whatever that means. I don't see that as being substantially more information than we have on Iron Bull or Sera.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only info we have on Solas is from that magazine article and a bit of concept art that he's sharing with other characters, right? IB's got trailer time, survey leak, dev confirmation, and solo concept art.
Urgh, don't mind me. I'm just trying to talk myself into optimism. ![]()

What I more so meant was more.. representation, I guess? Solas has so many in-party pictures so far that they obviously weren't trying to deny he was in for quite a while now. Iron Bull has the survey, which I count as evidence, but not really of indication of who the marketing team is pushing, since it wasn't meant to be released.
I wont be entirely surprised if it's Iron Bull next, though. The one thing he definitely has in his favor is that they might not want to do two mages in a row.

Yeah, I'm banking on the Bull next for the reveals as well. Here's my crazy logic (is it odd that I think about stuff like this?):
* They just did Vivienne (a human female mage, that's important!)
* We know it won't be Cassandra or Varric since they said it will be someone new
* Since Viv is a mage, I think it will be either a rogue or warrior, so I'm ruling out Solas and the 3rd mage (DHMG?)
* Since Viv is one of only a few females, I think they'll spread the ladies out a bit, so I'm ruling out Sera
So that only leaves: The Bull and the mysterious 3rd rogue! And since they are probably trying to keep some mystery about the companions, they'll want to release someone we already know about. Therefore, I'm expecting the Iron Bull to be the guy this Friday!
That's totally airtight logic, right? ![]()

The flip side is that Iron Bull appears in the trailer, and was also prominently featured in the Game Informer article a while back. He was mentioned in the X-box magazine article and at the PAX Panel.
Even discounting the survey, Iron Bull has a comparable amount of info on him to Solas.
