No offense, but that doesn't sound like a fun game. A movie or TV show maybe, but not a game.

You know, Iron Bull doesn't seem genuinely oblivious to the Inquisitor's flirting.
Something about his tone of voice. It's more like he knows what you mean but would rather play for a little while and see where it goes.
Oh yeah, he definitely knows. He just plays obtuse, it's both frustrating and amazing. 
He definitely get it off the bat. The slightly seductive tone he uses when you say "goodbye" and, now and then otherwise gives it away but, he wants to see if you're serious and, wants to toy with you for a bit first, see if you are persistent enough.
I guess I'm used to using my phone. If you haven't figured out but like 95% of my post are from my smartphone so I'm used to typing on it now. Now trying to correct typos are a nightmare!It's the keyboard (lack of) that drives me crazy I hate finger tapping keys

Not true. Josephine is genuinely oblivious to your flirting. She even tries to reassure the Inquisitor that she didn't take it that way during the dialogue that occurs after Leliana confronts you about it.
