Love this guy! Never romanced him though. I tried but he really just fit my IQ as a really close friend and bodyguard. He was always there to cheer her up, offer a drink and keep things light in dark moments. I take him on all my quests. His banter and reaction to dragons is so precious and he's one of my best warriors! He's the kind of person you need if you have the weight of the world on your shoulders, and he's so open-minded and understanding. Very refreshing in a world filled with judgement.

You really should complete a romance with him, perhaps with a different character. The romance adds a new level I find difficult to explain. I thought Garrus was my all time favorite Bioware romance (I had to play a male Shepard to romance someone different because my femsheps just can't seem to pass on the reach and flexibility line), but Bull's romance...well, I don't have just one all time favorite anymore.
 And this time, making a male character won't help. Despite my best intentions (okay, maybe I don't try *that* hard), my quizzies can't resist the Iron Bull

A relationship with the big guy is more lighthearted compared to Cullen. It starts out like a casual fling but morphs into something meaningful later. Also be warned of the elements of BDSM, while they are subtle they are still there. If that isn't your thing then he may not be for you (just wanted to throw that out there).
