Alright everyone move over The Iron Bull is mine today! After dealing with the worst costumers ever today I seriously need some Iron Bull loving. I had a couple that decided they wanted to stick their tongues down each others throats than answer my question. So after being extra polite to some people I dropped the nice guy act & told then unless you want me to throw my tongue into the mix answer my damn question! My manager heard the whole exchange & tried to scold me but had a huge grin on his face. At least I don't have to deal with the night crowd, I'm sure they're worse. I'm so going to ride the bull til I'm sore & can't work tomorrow!

I'll admit it wasn't my finest moment but it was a really bad day. Since I naturally have a deep voice I dropped an octave while I said that & glared at them. At this point if they didn't tip me I did not care I just wanted to leave. They didn't leave a tip but the look on their faces was more than enough.

Mostly because while he may like pink, it uh...still looks a bit funny on a giant Qunari. Though I wager it was distracting to enemies.

See, this is all part of Sera's plan. Dress Iron Bull in pink, then have him charge them yelling "Flowerpot!" They'll be so confused they will be defenseless against the attack!

I admit I wasnt interested in the Dragon Age series (I am terrible playing this xD) but I am glad I changed my mind hehe. I am the only one that found:

 

DA1: very challenging

DA2: way too easy.

Inqui: medium ?

 

As for Bull.....Oh Bioware why...WHY you created such a good-looking handsome character. I wont be able to find a guy like this in the real world hahahahaha. I listen to his voice and I melt in no time!! Many many pages ago, someone asked people to say in detail what they loved about iron bull. Well here I go:

 

Those nice lips.... oh my god: check

Half shaved beard: check

Great pecs: check

Cool Eyepatch: check

Harsh trainer but also tender and sweet: check

Funny quotes  : check

Misterious tattoos   every now and then: check

Loves a good challenge and a good drink: check

Gaaaaaaahhhhhhh    Rode the bull, would do it endlessly. The only thing I miss is, any cutscene where you and Iron Bull dance in the palace. That would be so damm romantic and hot!! Just talking in the balcony won´t do  .

 

By the way, is there any way to get nice shots of him? So I can use those as wallpapers. Have some but I do lack accuracy with those lol. If interested i can share some

Let's hope that works since Bull is a marshmallow in my game & they'll demolish him they touch him. My tankquisitor is always there to take the heat off him on & off the battlefield.

I'm telling ya man, you're building him wrong if he's squishy! This nightmare playthrough I've made him my two handed reaver tank, and he can mow down dudes while running around at max guard. It's a beautiful sight to behold.

I did some Crestwood quests till I got a 2h hammer with +guard on hit on it, and then I was like, WE ARE GOING TO MAKE THIS WORK. Right now he doesn't have as many DPS skills as I would like, but those will come as he levels, and for now he's doing quite a good job! The only downside is I wish I could bring him deeper into the reaver tree, but at this stage I don't think I'll really be able to have the skill points left over. I'm still putting him pretty deep into the sword+shield tree for the tanky passives. Maybe once I get him geared up some more I can rework that.

Lol my big guy is fine but remember I'm a sword & board champion. Everyone is a marshmallow compared to me. All Bull has to do is look pretty in my party & I'm happy (at least until a tactics AI mod gets released).

Yeah he can be a great tank, especially mid to late game. I've got him in Dragon/Volcanic Arum armor with Boon of the Spoon (until I get the dragon slayer axe for him) and, aside form giving the armor the gold look like that pic up there, it's good for him and, he is a sight to behold mowing down enemies as if they were made of butter, possible frozen butter in  a few cases, but he has no problem with them.

To be honest, I've played this game too many times to want to do a bunch of side quests to get up approval, lmao, I just want all the Greatly Approves and Approves I can get as quick as possible. I know kill a dragon, win the horses races..what is he on mages/Templars? I was planning on doing mages--> conscript but if he gives more approval on Templars ally/conscript, I'd do that. And what dialogue option to pick at Skyhold?

I know kill a dragon, win the horses races..what is he on mages/Templars? I was planning on doing mages--> conscript but if he gives more approval on Templars ally/conscript, I'd do that. And what dialogue option to pick at Skyhold?

Conscripting the mages gives you a greatly approved, as does allying the templars, so you have your choice between the two of them! :3

SDFSDLFLKJ OH MY GOD ITS FINALLY DONE. I've finally written out the entire chapter I've been working on (not very reliably) for weeks! It's f*cking 20k words long HOW DID THIS HAPPEN. /heavy breathing

 

Oh well, now I need to do all that lovely rewriting and editing and all that crap before I'll be able to share it. But at least it's all out there and written and wow what a relief this thing was a monster. @_@

Conscript mages or ally templars but, even doing the opposite does not blow it for a romance with him. Not saving his Chargers will greatly slow the romance, but still won't ruin the chance. He LOVES killing dragons so, always take him with you for that. He doesn't like the Oasis or Western Approach much and thinks EG is a waste of lumber and, he REALLY loves to hit thing. *shrug* That's our Iron Bull.

If you are a mage, don't chose the mage special option when you become Inquisitor, if you are Qunari, choose that one, or your racial one if dwarf or elf. He likes those, someone standing for all of Thedas but, not focusing on being a mage. Though you can be 100% pro mage, be a mage all about mage freedom and still have a great romance with him.

The thing with Bull is, he can hate groups just fine, but he's also really good at taking individuals for who they are, even Vints, whom he detests. Not fond of Tal Vashoth either yet, he'll happily romance one and, he'll gladly become one. Group rules don't apply to individuals with him so, play it your way, but do try to pester vints or jail judgement when you can. (He doesn't like them working for you and, he doesn't like you giving them to someone else to deal with,) oh and keep the Wardens.

Mostly flirt and kill dragons with him, he's happy that way. He gets growly if you take him to Adamant, but, he gets over the trip to "Demon Town" in a hurry.
