Yeah I still wish I could've been a charger. I mean quizzy could get a replacement apendage. It would've been awesome! And even if Bull's in the next game they could just handwave it with him having Quizzy do a special mission.

That really depends on the Inquisitor though which is why it'd be optional.

 

And yeah agreed on that it's why I wouldn't pick it on certain characters.

I'm pretty sure my Inquisitor in particular would be so okay with dropping the whole 'Inquisitor' title and 'retiring' to something as laid back as being a simple merc, haha. I can imagine there being a lot of fun in joining the Chargers too. Iron Bull would probably tease the hell out of the Inquisitor about needing to have experience and having to 'prove themselves in battle' and the like. Oh god, can you imagine the 'sleeping with the boss' puns?

 

'Sides! Krem said right when you first get Iron Bull to join you that 'If you have an idea that'll win the fight he listens.' At this point it's pretty safe to say that if the Inquisitor had some input on things Iron Bull would be more than willing to listen. ♥ He's not the kind to let that kind of **** go to his head.

 

Someone drew a really nice set of endgame slide style fanart for Adoribull as well, along the lines of that after Dorian and the Lucerni got Mae into the position of Archon, he 'retired' and, mysteriously, the Chargers got new member that was a long time coming.

 

If they had put some effort into it, making joining the Chargers an option if you disband the Inquisition would have been a really nice touch. For now I'll just have to fanfiction the idea, I suppose!

Hey we can become a Red Jenny, why not a Charger as well. Varric made the Quizzy a Noble too. Three for the price of one.

 

My mage Adaar is pretty much done with adventuring now though. After the whole Inquisition thing and now it disbanded; I can see her retiring for a bit in Krikwall (Varric gave her a house there, should use it). At least til the next game rolls around being the Inquisitor is going to play some role or another. Not a PC, just a huge role.

 

But in the mean time: She's happily married to Bull, part time Red Jenny and ends up having a bunch of kids because neither her or Bull can keep in their pants.

This is a serious problem for me. Four - four! - playthroughs so far and I simply cannot not romance Bull.  Oh I've tried, believe me. 

 

 

 

 

I have the opposite problem... I can´t romance anybody else xD....I need his abs, his chest, his back, his party banter, his horns, Did I say I need his horns? His tattoos, His "Kadaan", everything!! /facepalm   

I tried translating it several pages back here.

 

ETA: I've done 6 (5 qunari. 1 human) full playthroughs...every one of them romanced Bull. I have 3 or 4 in various stages of completion with different romance options, and I never finish. I always go make another character for Bull.

Aaaaaahhh!! I´ve reached almost the end of my headcannon! I am at the exalted council deciding what to do with the Inqusition! I have a question:

According to the game, we are given 2 options, but could anyone explain me why

1) If Inquisiton becomes a force of pacification --> Higher risk of corruption.
2) No inquisition --> more secure.

Why is that? It´s strange. I don´t know if that has been discussed. Maybe is it mentioned in some codex or something?

Lol, thanks, but it's more like Denise looks at what's written in WoT2 and the wiki page and then throws out her best guess. Though I did once write an entire character history for D&D in Tolkien elvish. *is a nerd*

Even when you seriously downsize the Inquisition, it's still a lot of people, and the odds of spies coming in and infiltrating is going to be high. There's also the whole 'power corrupts' thing. It kind of made me sick how the guards were acting so arrogant at the Winter Palace. I really wanted the option to take that soldier to task for acting like he had the right to threaten the guards of a sovereign country, in their own palace, no less.

 

If you disband, you're left with only a few people, so they're less effective, but they are at least trustworthy, and you know they're all on the same page about why they're there and what they want to accomplish.

Also the taking the betrayal personally is something that amuses me. It's a result of a choice the Inquisitor makes. You literally bring it on yourself. it's completely avoidable. It's not like all roads lead to it or it's no content or betrayal. You get somethign else in exchange. Just ignore the haters. Life gets so much easier that way. I laugh at them but some people find that mean.

This guy is basically the twin brother of my last guy.  Just with different hair and (although it's hard to tell) white facial tattoos.

 

 

I really like this beard style. I just wish it wasn't so damn shiny and I wish there was a way to blend the edges of it with the sideburns.

Basically I go into the CC and there are only a very few face shape, eye, nose, and mouth options that I find aesthetically pleasing, so I keep picking those.  And I really like black hair/brown eyes combo.  Most of the beards are intolerable IMO except for this one in my avi or the full facial scruff.

 

Before I know it, all of my guys end up looking like brothers or cousins.

Oh god don't forget there's like 2 or 3 usable eyebrows! (and a decent pair of eyebrows can do a quite a bit for a face) OMG what was BioWare thinking with those caveman monstrosity eyebrows eyebrows do not work that way.

More on topic:

I'm 100% sure that the qunari saying that they weren't in leauge with Viddisalad are literally just doing damage control. As players we enjoy the ability to meta game, and if you look at both endings and the way that the qunari are acting, it's pretty clear that they supported Viddisalad until they realized that her plan was failing, in which case they threw her onto the pyre and salvaged the alliance the best they could to avoid an Exalted March. They wanted a quick and easy win, it was a possibility, when it stopped being a possibility they went back to their alternate plans.

 

The Qunari allying themselves with the Southern Chantry? Yeah, that's not going to work out. It's just not. Anyone who believes they are are deluding themselves.

 

As for Iron Bull, his qun!ending is just ridiculously sad because it shows how powerfuly the Qun brainwashes their followers. Iron Bull had an absolutely beautiful personality, he fought through Seheron for 10 years for the Qun, he used his mind to think and survive and make descisions and save lives, and then he gets an order to basically kill himself from his superior and he follows it without even the slightest bit of hesitation. It really hurts to see what the Qunari do to one of the tools that has been so loyal to them for so long.

 

Only option is to break Iron Bull off the Qun and give him a chance to be better. Thankfully we all know how amazing TalVashoth!Iron Bull is. You give him an opportunity to pick his own path he goddamn runs with it and is just the best thing ever. ♥

 

(Also, I'm so tired of all the people who's opinion of Iron Bull is 'I hate him because people on tumblr told me he was problematic and I should plus my aunt gets triggered by big qunari men so they must all be abusive. I don't recruit him in game and have never done his personal quest because I leave him in Skyhold and don't talk to him ever but I still feel I have a good enough grasp on his character to give opinion's on him that are totally informed and thought out on my own and not just me parroting back what that one guy on tumblr said last year when hating Iron Bull was the cool social justice thing to do.' /endrant)
