Iron Skulls sounds a little...disjointed?....to me.
How about the Skullhunters?

Eh, too...common? Generic? I don't know.
Hugo Weaving confirmed as Iron Bull
He could probably do a good job, too.
He could probably do a good job, too.
Just as long as it doesn't result in the entire Inquisition yelling "Hail Hydra!" every now and then ![]()
Well if Hugo were to take up the role I'd want him to do his Agent Smith voice as I'm pretty keen on qunari having american accents.
DHMG is closing on us fast.
I saw a theory on tv tropes that Iron Bull and DHMG aren't going to get along, based on how they've both got this, crossed arms, grumpy face look going on in the trailer, which the troper attributed to an attitude of "Man, why do I have to stand next to this guy?"
I thought they shared the exact same animation.

Looks to me like the way their heads move is different. Iron Bull kind of rolls his head on his shoulders, DHMG just kinda lifts his chin a bit.

How about Skullkickers?
Is the flag like a sort of jolly roger (pirate flag) or is that just me? Maybe I'm just thinking that though because you find the flags in Crestwood at the boat docks.

I noticed that, too.
Could be Iron Bull's group has some naval power.
What if his mercenary group are all Tal-Vashoth? Calling themselves the Iron Bulls while he's The Iron Bull? Just a thought
That would get confusing.
The Iron Bull seems like the Dragon Age version of the Black Whirlwind from Jade Empire. Heck, even Black Whirlwind's brother was named "Raging Ox".
I'm interested to see if Iron Bull is going to be just as tied to the Qun as other Tal-Vashoth are - Like Marass, the Tal-Vashoth from Blackpowder Promise in DA:2. But, given that The Iron Bull isn't named after a word or title in Qunari means that he's probably going to be really different than the Qunari we're used to.
So apparently Patrick Weekes, who's the favorite pick as the writer of Iron Bull(don't know if that's been confirmed or not) has confirmed that one of the character's he's writing is either bisexual or homosexual.
Though I should also point out that Patrick is also (probably) writing for Empress Celene, who he's confirmed is a lesbian, and not just bisexual.
I'm not sure whether I should hope for Weekes as IB's writer or not. On the one hand, he did a great job with Mordin, Jack, and Tali, imo.
On the other, I will be so disappointed if IB is a gay LI.
And yeah, I know he's writing Celene. Doesn't mean he's only writing one bi/gay character.
I will also be disappointed if Iron Bull is gay. From what I've seen of him he doesn't seem the type but hey, to each their own. On the other hand it would definitely make me make my first male character in the history of Bioware games ![]()
Also, random flashback, did we ever find out which food IB is? Talk of who was writing him reminded me of it.
Well as a point, Weekes didn't say the gay character he was writing for was an LI, or even a companion for that matter.
And Iron Bull may well be gay and not an LI. I wouldn't have a problem with it but I'm sure everyone who wants to romance him would be disappointed.

Ouh! Where did he confirmed that
?
Oh well. Got a few more posts in this thread, which is enough for me.
That would get confusing.
I wouldn't mind IB being bisexual or gay because I'm thinking about same-sex romancing him with my main if I can, but I wouldn't be too upset if I can't. If I can though, I can easier see him as bisexual than full on gay, but I don't care that much which it is.

That wasn't what that post was in reference to, but I don't have a problem with it, either.
