Well it's understandable why many artists may be intimidated at the prospect of tackling the raw masculinity that is Iron Bull.

Do you think since his horns are so vastly different from what we've scene in qunari, that its hinting to the variety in designs we'll see and be able to use on our qunai or just a design choice not reflecting the actual selection we'll have (if there is one).

I like to think that anytime there's a race or a species or whatever that's virtually identical in game models, it's because the developers didn't want to waste the resources designing more, unless it's specifically pointed out, and with more than a lampshade hanging.
So, yea, I think there will be some variance regarding qunari horns. I would like Iron Bull's horns to be unique(as I'm hoping his physique is), just to give him a more distinctive look, but I certainly think we'll see a good bit of variance.

Indeed. I want Iron Bull to be a very distinct Qunari, with his own unique physique and horn style.

I wonder if we can headbutt him as a vashoth
Though that would hurt... Us
Yeah...that'd probably kill us lol
I hope we can see him charge an enemy once with his horns and impale them.

I want his horns to be unique as well along with his physique, however, i really want us to be large, keeping our mass to DA 2 sized works for me

I'm honestly hoping that each of the companions is going to have a custom build model just to set them apart from everyone else; it doesn't seem unlikely given how different DHMG and Beard Warden look from each other in the trailer; Vivienne and Cassandra also look to have different physical proportions.

I'm betting we'll see Iron Bull headbutt someone, just as a shoutout to Wrex.

They expressed interest but honestly ill be just fine with a cutscene where we can choose to or have him headbutt someone, it just needs to happen!

*snip sexy ass Qunari*
Yeah, I want Qunari inquisitors to be pretty built, but Iron Bull still be a step above that.

Actually a great point, im hoping it's isnt a case of bad perspective but it seems like there are height variations among the races themselves but i'll hold until more screenshots

Likewise.
Though I wouldn't mind if they were plays on the established ones; after all, Merrill's was "Blood mage, but mixed with Keeper" and Anders was "Spirit Healer, but mixed with Vengeance".
So I wouldn't mind if Iron Bull was Berserker or Reaver, only mixed with some Beresaad training.

Yea, I'm not 100% on it, but I'm hoping. I certainly doubt it will extend to the bulk of NPC's, but I'm hoping that several of the important characters get unique bodies; Adrian comes to mind, as she's noted as being exceptionally short in the books.

It is interesting that Dorian is super short even compared to Sera
Unique builds for companions? Yes, please
Yeah, he was indeed very short.
Also, did anyone else think Sera and Solas are unusually tall?

Mhm, its thought to be a retcon for elves that they are now human height. The height comparison that makes me believe there are variations in height is, look at Dorian compared to the ladies in his row, then look at the Warden towering over them

I just noticed this, but I don't think they are necessarily in a straight line either, perhaps explaining the height differences.

Perspective certainly plays a part in it, I'm sure, but even accounting for it, there does seem to be some variance. Dorian just looks smaller, not just shorter, but smaller than the Warden and Cullen, and Cole looks leaner.

i really think bioware hasnt decided on what the qunari officially look like, i mean they redid the dragon design... i just dont think they have liked the designs of the qunari up to this point and have decided to revamp it and give them all horns like iron bulls

I doubt they'd make all qunari horns like that especially with such an iconic pair on the Arishoks head. Plus the PC qunari screenshots say otherwise

I always thought the Qunari all looking alike and the elves all looking weird was just Varric being mildly racist. I mean, look at Bethany's boobs in the first level; the man's not above taking some liberties. He just thinks elves look weird and Qunari all look alike.
