And only one power: Stasis.  So this can be duplicated by any class…

The key is to delay killing the last mook on the first platform so Harbi will spawn there and not on the 2nd platform. This can be guaranteed by putting the last mook in stasis before Harbi possesses him.

 

Comparing the timeline of the video above to the Adept-specific version, you can see that the timing is nearly identical except for the arrival of the 3rd platform.  So apparently having both Harbi AND the 2nd scion in play (at the same time) prevents the 3rd platform from triggering.  (Having two scions present after Harbi is down also prevents the 3rd platform from triggering).  So actually it is important to kill Harbi on the first platform before the 2nd Scion platform appears.

Here's an improved version (37 seconds total from beginning to end of hostilities):  

 

 

By approaching the 2nd platform from a different angle it is possible to mount the 2nd platform quickly enough to switch to Cain, Stasis the scion, and nuke the bottom of the third platform before it arrives.

Finally, here's a version that uses no guns!  (other than the Cain):

This approach was somewhat slower than with a gun (39 seconds) due to travel time of pull.  It was also significantly more difficult because auto-targetting tends to switch among multiple targets in a crowd while trying to perform warp-pull-warp combo (It took me about 20 tries!).

Thanks!  I also don't care that it is stasis abuse.  But for the record, I recorded several runs in which I missed the time window to glitch Harbi with a double warp, and had to gunbutt him to death with the Cain.  Pretty funny, actually.  But none were under 40 seconds (for other reasons), so didn't make the final cut...

I am sure it could be argued "but you used Stasis" but I do not really care about that. Still impressive in my book. Nice job.
