Being that the gifts feel kind of cheaty, though I do enjoy them well enough, will it break anything if I uncheck them from the current DLC? I'm worried it could glitch the inventory of the camp's shopkeep who sells them. Or worse yet, break my inventory in some way. Does anyone know?
EDIT: Took mousestalker's advice and did a force load. Then something hit me, is there anyway to get them other than the shop in camp? Because if they all are centralized in there I'm fine with them existing.
It didn't for me. To be safe, make a named save just before you uncheck them, then uncheck them, do a forced save and reload from that.
It's clunky, but that way you have a clean save with the gifts and the game has no memory of you ever having them.
Isn't that what the key is for? It's been a while, so the details are somewhat hazy...
You're supposed to get a key to remove the chastity belt.
I've never disabled the Gifts/Pranks in the middle of the game. I use them to test to make sure approvals are working correctly so I actually have a use for them. If you don't like them.... just don't give them to anyone.
I actually quite like the Butterfly sword. It's pretty!.
I didn't mean to mislead people, I love all the content (gifts and pranks alike). I just don't wish to jump someone from not knowing me to being undying loyal with just one gift. I'm aware the prank will cancel out the effects, but apparently it can still cause issues with the dialog progression. I'd rather stick with the normal gifts for now, as I'm having some issue figuring out which are which 
I will consider keeping them purely for Dog's cone of shame however...
