Morrigan is under romances slide, the slide where you choose who did the dark ritual with her, whether you got her mother's book and she is also under Witch Hunt. Velanna and Sigrun probably won't be in DAI that's why they weren't included plus remember Alexia this is still the Beta they are going to add more slides later before the game comes out. 

Pfff I find sigrun and vellana more fun to have then Nathaniel...and he is there !!! well..dead now..but there still

This is important. People have seen - or been sperled - of choices in the "BioWare" version of the Keep that are not in the public beta. Some of these are the sort of choices that would almost certainly be acknowledged in Inquisition. (One of them in particular is only relevant for Inquisition.) There ought to be plenty of opportunities to see other choices; Velanna and Sigrun may well be some of them.

End it..like say I'm done with my cousland...where is the button to push..so I can start a new state with a new hero...

on the screen where u can switch states it gives u the option. whatever u import will be the first save state u start in inquisition. u can still continue afterwards

Click on the little ball at the top right, then it'll come up with some stuff, you want to protmote that world state to DAI.

 

Under that same area you can create another world state as well.

where? Switch state? all I'm seeing is Tapestry...heroes..and a bunch of others options...
