During the chess game he says that it's the longest him and the Inquisitor have gone without discussing work. That could be construed as a mild flirt. He sounds like he would like to do it more often, and the romantic reply option says just that. Although I'm guessing Sera would be more direct.

Yeah, I would like to see Sera, and other romanceables, start making first-moves for a change. Romances in games where all the player does is make the first move feel a little weird.

Peoples reactions to Anders made the devs decide the player should make the first move to avoid any weird advances.

 

And woah I just did the math. There are 20 different ways to have an all male party. I don't mind the gender imbalance as much as I used to, but that is a pretty deep difference, between 20 and 1

And yup agreed, Sera doesn't strike me as the shy type when it comes to flirting, she'll be up front about it.

Sera: (takes center stage) Ladies and gentlemen, Thedas No.5
(music begins playing, the torches in the tavern come to life, the room now full of the women in the Inquisition dancing together)

Adaar: An ogre threw you into a tree and you took a pretty nasty hit on your head on the way down. Dorian said that you're lucky and won't have any lasting effects and just needed some rest. He also put some kind of protection spell to keep any bad dreams from disturbing your rest.
Sera: It was so beautiful! There was you, Josie, Lels, and Cassie. (tears of joy welling up)
Adaar: (smirks) Well maybe I should leave you to it then. makes for the tent exit)
Sera: No no no! Reality's much better! (moves over to make room on her cot)
Adaar: (gets comfortable in bed, arms wrapped around her lover) Much better.
