I think she'll be naive in some ways, but nothing like Merrill. You don't get to be the leader of a group like Friends of Red Jenny if you're childlike in the way that Merrill was.

I think the betrayals will indeed be based on your choices and actions, kinda like in Origins where certain companions could betray you or leave you based on decisions.

There was a large picture of her avatar but I can't seem to find it. Hopefully it was from BioWare but I don't really know, so I'm not sure of this. I'm hoping for now but I would love to get one of those eye shots for Sera.

No stealing isn't a sign of being immature . Isabela did and countless others companions we had in the past . Starting with Imeon and then leliana .
But take Isabela..even with her 'I don't care about anything' she had some sort of maturity about her . And her dialogues talk even if it was sex centered most of the time as her teasing every boy in the group...she just gave me this vibe that she is mature .
