I agree with that. I think Cassandra is also supposed to change the most of any companion so maybe eventually their relationship will be different and they'll get along more.

I had the same thought. I think that this:
“Doing something for the ‘greater good’ makes her angry, because she thinks that's shorthand for ‘let's hurt people who don't deserve it because it's easier.’"
is how she'll describe the Circle system; locking mages away and pretend they don't exist is just "easier". She'll probably oppose politically powerful mages like Vivienne but include the rank and file of mages into the group of the powerless she sees as being hurt by the actions of the faction leaders.
Meanwhile, I will still hold true by the notion that all mages must be isolated regardless of their level of magic or secular authority.

Yeah, that's how I feel about her too. It went from, yeah she's kinda cool but whatever, to... holy crap she's like totally awesome. I'm trying really hard to not get too attached to anyone before actually playing the game, but it's getting harder and harder.

Was a bit dissapointed when they 1st revealed her @meet the heroes(reserved my judgment until e3) but now shes easily my most anticipated companion in Inquisition. She going every where with me, romance or no.I mean just look at those abs

Edit: Oh I just read the new thing.And I'm just in love with her!
It's funny, I never really warmed to her from the original leaked description or the concept art. Now I have done a complete turnaround and think she might be my Feminq's BFF. Same with IB - I was never all that fussed about him either way, but the new info makes him sound more complex and interesting than I was expecting.
