Replaying DA2 and I'm reminded that I think Lukas wrote the most human, believable characters in it (not a dig at the other writers...all the characters are great and I know its a collaborative process) which makes me even more pumped for Sera. :DD

Me too! The funny thing about d/s dynamic is how quickly the dom will turn from cruel master to mother hen if the safe word is uttered. The best ones are complete cream puffs when they're out of character.

That would so totally be me. I kind of like the idea in fiction but in real life I would be petrified of getting carried away and accidentally doing actual serious harm to someone I loved...

That was funny but the rest, I didn't really enjoy. Her banter with Isabela was funny to listen to as well though.

Aha I value my life too much to risk the wrath of other DA fandoms. I'll just forever be in a state of I don't get the big fanbase he has and I'll leave it at that.

I've been in there quite a few times. To be honest, I don't see the real reason beyond just bad taste, but a lot of people are interested in his overall arc between games. Too few have difficulty reconciling his genocide credentials with said interest.
