My case for rats & Sera:

 

They're everywhere and considered vermin, even though they are very resourceful and trying to just fend for themselves...much like the common folk that Sera supports.

 

They're highly intelligent but squeaky and cute, just like Sera.

 

They're "different" enough that it would appeal to her hipster sensibilities.

Cat took the time to write us some stimulation through intravenous read alignment. They didn't have to do that and it fills the void somewhat for me at least. I appreciate them and I prefer them being here to type when they're being talked about.

you are free to dislike what you choose. what I don't like is changing the energy of this thread that way. that's not okay.
