Crimmy! You're back!

The new trailer is coming out today, right? Do we know when?
not yet and glad I was able to see page 1100 before bed lol, good night guys and gals I'll see you all when I wake
Surely the point of Song of Ice and Fire is that every last one of the characters, male or female, is in some way flawed. I can't imagine spending hours arguing the finer points of who's slightly less bonkers than the rest.OH boy do I feel this, as a veteran of defending female characters on westeros.org. Always a losing cause, but I kept my sword clean and battle ready anyway. It's been many years, but I still have knee jerk reactions when someone says anything even slightly negative about Sansa or Catelyn or whoever. Shudder.
is everbody cloaking? thread went silent.
and where is Crim...Rose...Orchid...heck Artemis should be back. *prepares Inquisition*
Oh, I don't know about others, but I sure am cloaked...
To help get this thread back to talking about Sera XD
If Bioware did plan on make a Sera DLC... would you like it to be before inquisition (perhaps learn way more about her than what the base game gives) or after (see what she does after main story)
Sera's Song. Definitely.
thats been me the past year lol.... im sad now
You and me both...
Must resist urge to play as an elf for my first playthrough.
Resistance is futile. You will be ascended. Join the SPEW.
Just gotta pray that George's arteries will hold up for a few more years now eh.
Speaking of ASOIAF I must get back to finishing up a DWD part 2. And speaking of books, I finally got TME in the post today, on the 4th chapter currently. Enjoying it alot so far, ugh Orlais is awful.
TME? Nice!
I finished that about two weeks ago, now reading Asunder. Wanna have all the background for DA:I!
This is why I'm going to love to hate Vivienne I think. I find Orlesians politics equal parts fascinating and repulsive.but I am enjoying the politics of Orlais thus far, and the struggle for dominance between Gaspard and Celene. Also those court fops *grits teeth*
Yeah. TME was great, but Orlesian politics... I'm not leaving for Orlais without Leliana covering my six. As a Bardmaster, she'll keep an eye on me, right?
Her and Josie.
And Sera riding shotgun in case baddies forget politics.

I wonder if Sera will manage to get the last word with her at some point. That would be something to see! Vivienne is used to dealing with nobles who make it an art to insult people without appearing to do so. Maybe Sera will stumble across a nugget of truth about the lady and score a bull's eye.

Go Sera! Show the Ice Queen!
speaking of reading material and epic sagas, I'd like to point out that at least the writer for SOIAF is still alive. unlike the Robert Jordan, who died before he completed the Wheel of Time series..... or Brian Jacques, of the Redwall books, though the Redwall books were almost all self contained stories, usually not linking up to one another....
At Uni eating a sausage baguette and waiting for Aardman Animations to come in and give us a lecture.
Life is good.
Sitting in yet another history class....
*yawn*
Lucky you! At least I brought my copy of Asunder. The break will be... tolerable... later on.

I brought my copy of The Masked Empire.
When we get to page 1111, we should have a party.
She's going to have to find something that REALLY gets her annoyed...I wonder if Sera will manage to get the last word with her at some point. That would be something to see! I think it's the curse of academics to be frustrated by the lack of accuracy and/or nuance in populist works, fictional or otherwise, that touch on their field of expertise.See, that's you. I think that Cat - despite her other qualities, positive and otherwise - is an idiot who is more directly responsible than anyone else for the colossal political nuclear sh*t bomb that went off in the first book of the series. But it's no big deal: Martin isn't good enough at history to know what smart political maneuvers are like. Even the much-heralded Tywin, Littlefinger, and Varys are a lot closer to Cat than they are to, say, a genius like Köprülü Mehmed Paşa or a competent practitioner like Yuan Shikai.
Fictional authors usually can't do the research in any particular depth, which is fine; otherwise they'd be, y'know, historians. But it means that whenever they try to get complex with certain subject matter, it ends up being worse than if they'd kept it vague.
She's going to have to find something that REALLY gets her annoyed...
From the banter we heard, where Vivienne insists on the full title with big words tells me she places a lot of value on status. The best way to rankle her will probably involve pointing out that under the fancy titles, Vivienne will always be seen as a mage first and foremost, that is to say a tool. Basically she'll always be someone's servant and never the true master at the top. That might get to her.

Hahaa, great minds think alike!

Steal her hat...? Put something in it?
How about some sort of enchanted object to increase hair growth!
Oh yussss.

Yeah, the ping is bloody awful and urrgh the lagg is terrible if your in a lobby with europeans/americans at certain times of the day.Hey, there's gotta be at least one gaming benefit down here, right?I mean, it sure as hell isn't the ping.

Hmmm... I can see merit in both approaches. Get under her skin or subject her to annoyances that are outside of her comfort zone...Hahaa, great minds think alike!

I hear that.
One of my best ME3 coop buddies lives in Texas... but after a while, the head-pop delay is quite amusing.
Here's some in-game screens for the female elf...
Yay! Finally a female elf! And omg, she looks so cute!
Can't wait to get my hands on that CC! ![]()

Hopefully since Vivi is professional at words ![]()
And jaysus, when I saw this elf at first in this gameplay I totally thought it was Sera and then looked at character avatars, no Sera and got confused ![]()
A+ elf.
