I think it was a waste opportunity, they could had change it to FemInq when Sera appeared, it kinda tricks people that do not know about the LIs, to make them think that Sera is available to MaleInq.

What I'm theorising from these snippets is that we'll get to meet Sera early on in Orlais, and her quest is possibly tied in some way to the ball at which we also meet Vivienne.

At up to 4,200 rounds per minute with 1350 rounds in reserve on the A-10C?

I'd say the A-10 lasts longer with the GAU-8/A than Shepard with the Geth Spitfire.
