Well, Sera's gay, Dorian's gay (those hips don't lie), Iron Bull is BI; Cassandra and Cullen have also been confirmed and they could still either be BI or straight.
Unless I somehow missed a huge piece of information then Dorian and IB haven't been confirmed. Plus to me Dorian seems far more likely to be Bi than Gay.

Since there are only three female companion characters that means one of the remaining two will be straight and one will be bisexual. I've seen people saying that Cassandra is a straight romance option, but I don't know where they got that from. Assuming that is correct, that leaves Vivienne as the bisexual option. Even if that isn't confirmed that would probably be my bet: Cassandra as straight and Vivienne as bi.

Ms. Scribbles isn't a companion though, so her orientation is a little harder to guess. With only three companion characters you are guaranteed to get one of each. (straight / bi / lesbian)

True, which is why I believe NPC romances will all be Bi, that way they don't 'over-balance' straight or gay romances.
