I've met him. He is a genuinely kind and pleasant guy. Just tends to be very vocal in his criticisms of games.

Oh I'll go DAMP, after I get my fill of SP tho. And judging by how long this game is and all the playthroughs I've planned so far, it will be a looooooooooong time till I touch it. I adored the MP for ME3, spent countless hrs playing it, made great pals from it. Here's hoping DAMP will be just as or more enjoyable.

Well "shem" is quite specifically Dalish, so I doubt it. Is there something about her origins that I missed?

I'm planning on doing multiplayer alongside single player. I've found getting into multiplayer around release date is when you will get into games really quickly which I prefer. I don't like to sit around for 10 minutes waiting for a 4th person to join.

It's more of a Dalish thing, some CE might use it but more so Dalish I think. I hope I can use it in game myself.

I never meant to get addicted, like you I only touched it to improve my GR to get the "good ending" and then welp I met some great folk and had too much fun shooting all the things. Became a veteran of the MP section as a result.

ME3's multiplayer was pretty addicting, certainly more than I was expecting.

 

But I only played it for 30 hours in total. It started to feel grindy and I had already maxed out several characters so I just moved on.

I think it's quite possible Sera might use 'Shem' to describe wealthy/noble humans she doesn't like, but I don't think she'd use it as a blanket term for any disagreeable human, because she doesn't so far seem to have a elf v human divide, but a rich v poor divide. She might not though, we will see!
