Learned alot from that vid, I don't need a mage in my party now. I never once had a mageless party, this will be interesting to try out now and again for DAI.

I'm not sure if I want him to be a human, a dwarf or a qunari... he would make a hilarious qunari. People would expect a big barbarian but he's really refined and posh.

But if you want effective damage reduction then you want a mage

Did a mage-less party in the Mark of the Assassin DLC (DW Hawke/Isabela/Varric/Tallis), it made certain battles, brutal. Interesting to try it out again in DAI with a more tactical mindset this time around.

I used to love a two mage party with me and Morrigan casting all sorts of massive AOE spells on unsuspecting foes on the opposite side of doors. So much win. No need for Wynne.
